Super seamless user experience and very personalized access to a lot of insightful consumer data
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track current conversations around the content our customers are consuming - and get real reactions from them to our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monitoring of content in portuguese can be a little challenging, but the Meltwater team is always available to provide timely support when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us to remain more relavant because we can really track how our customers are reacting to something in the moment. As opposed to before when we would have to wait for the monthly report.

It's very intuitive to use and I find the regular alerts really useful in supporting our day-to-day work.

Using Meltwater allows me to save time on media and social media monitoring and it also offers data at hand without having to research it elsewhere.

It is not very customisable in terms of uploading your own coverage and downloading spesfic data

What do you like best about the product?
The team is super friendly and take the team to understand our needs and explain all the offers that they offer. We had a full on review with them and all the tools they offer are great. We are currently use Klear and its super easy to use. This has become a daily tool that we use and has made us take on proper decision when working with influencers. Intergration was easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While all the tools the offer, these come with a cost. In times that we are in today, it be great if they can adjust. Paying upfront for the full tools is difficult for small to medium businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem before was that we never really knew if the audience and reach was valid. Now with Klear, we are able to have the real data to make better decisions.

Content is not always on Meltwater, and the extension for adding content can be slow to update searches/ does not always work

Good for media and reporting, assists in gathering, easy to use

Boolean took some time to get used to for advanced searching, doesn't pick up all coverage

Questionable guidance and advisors are sales people.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good advanced search function and it's easy to manage users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very slow to implement new platforms and media, like TikTok and any picture/video/sound-based content. Also every new market comes at an additional price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deriving consumer-data to be utilised in other search platforms. We purely use Meltwater as a data-aggregator/overview platform
All-in-one social listening tool with robust data collection
What do you like best about the product?
The extensive data collection and data sources help us track and monitor topics and keywords relevant to our clients. Adding in our Facebook and Instagram pages has also been easy, which helps us track and monitor the brands we need closely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data viz could be more intuitive and editable by users, as not all formats of the charts in the dashboard widgets are useful for all project types. Also, while the website UI and UX are pretty easy to learn with the Meltwater academy provision, updating customers about changes in the boolean query syntax (for more specialized uses) and customer support needs to be improved.

Meltwater helps us monitor different online conversations and keywords relevant to providing a solution for our clients' business needs.
Very Flexible for Coverage Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is very flexible and easy to use for tracking and finding coverage, and identifying syndications/duplicates. Any interaction I've had with their support team has been quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been occasions where certain coverage has not shown up. The site's UI is slightly complex and could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater ensures that we discover all the coverage that we are searching for and is very useful for this peace of mind.
