What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner, I really love that Klear gives a full picture of the analytics of a creators account. Their impressions etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI isn't great! I think it could be designed better. And more inclusive

Helping my business find great creators ti work with on our next campaign. Makes my search easier

What do you like best about the product?
Klear is very easy to use and has amazing features, and customer support 24/7 and beyond!

I don't have any downsides to report about using klear

What do you like best about the product?
The business model is the most adapted to agencies I've come across: no limits on queries and on the number of mentions gives you all the flexibility agency work demands.
Sentiment analysis is mostly accurate or at least explainable, the platform is fast and reliable and customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboarding capabilities are years behind peers like Netbase and Brandwatch. Data exports also need a lot of further manual cleaning to be useful.
While the features included are comprehensive and cover most ground, some omissions are surprising, like not listing the top journalists mentioning a brand/topic, because that's part of a separate package.
The platform also has quirks that should be easy fixes, like resetting date ranges to the default on every tab switch, not listing the top sources for a search and not allowing drill-downs on all widgets (some load all mentions and some don't)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to analyse the editorial and social media landscape for nearly all brands and topics, which is invaluable for new business.
It also enables us to dig deep enough into issues to uncover valuable insights for retained clients.
The tools flexibility means we can answer nearly all analytical requests confidently.

What do you like best about the product?
The daily report is so handy and I love that meltwater includes media alerts for radio. I appreciate the good, neutral and negative sentiment of reviews for a quick media scan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see print and TV media included. without this, it means we're still paying for other services which makes the overall media monitoring for our company quite costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an (almost) full picture of media monitoring for our organisation. That helps us see how our brand is being positioned in the media and on social media, plus alerts us to any potential issues straight away.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's very easy to use and gives a lot of information about creator performance on socials! I use it mostly to evaluate the reach and engagement of creators pre-campaign and calculate possible ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive! Sometimes it's also missing some information about tiktok performance, depending on the creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to put numbers on certain creators and to be able to calculate ROI before starting a campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and the service is great, very responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the social media tool is still improving and not perfect but it's not bad at all

Ensures we know what is being said about our school and in the industry. Helps us to manage our social media posting, which is getting quite time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
It's continued improvements, new features and evolving applications stays up to date with the needs of communicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I would say it is my favourite tool for use within my line of work. Where it could improve would be to increase global coverage from markets outside if North America + UK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cutting down time significantly by compiling and analyzing the latest coverage, media outlets and contacts.
