What do you like best about the product?
The easy courses, that you can do at your own pace.

Some of the information is repetitive, but makes it easy to retain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps with marketing, email, press releases, the AI component saves time and gets imperative information to team members fast and easy

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a useful tool in my day to day work. I like how you can tailor the search to virtually any topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think certain metrics are inflated on Meltwater, for example PR reach. Sometimes results are crowded by bot activity. I also think the platform can take a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me determine how activations and campaigns are performing by providing me helpful metrics like mentions, engagements, and sentiment. This benefits me because oftentimes I’m not on site at client activations and would not otherwise know how the event is being received.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Meltwater is the customer service. If you need help developing reports or with analytics, they are ready to help right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on building media lists as far as how many contacts you can include.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is constantly evolving to provide new and innovative ways to present and analyze media coverage. This makes it very easy to report and present success and trends in media coverage.

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily used Meltwater to schedule our social media posts across multiple platforms. I’m happy to see that they offer other services like social listening, understanding sentiments, and internet trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are figuring out how to use their services to their best ability, but thankfully they have Meltwater reps who you can reach out to for questions and tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can smoothly manage social media on their platform. Everything is seamless and the tools are all built in.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a great tool that I primarily use for social listening and tracking media mentions. Meltwater is very straightforward and easy to use if you have some experience with similar tools. The support team is always available to answer questions, troubleshoot, and deliver an excellent experience. Being able to track mentions, schedule social media posts, and develop targeted search terms has been a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI and UX could use some work. I often find myself clicking between the different menu options because I can’t remember where certain functions are housed. The tagging feature for LinkedIn is also hit and miss, which sometimes prompts me to post natively instead of through the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us gather, track, disseminate, and use data to inform our digital content strategy. Seeing real-time metrics in the platform allows us to make decisions quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many products we have access to, and how much they’re always adding. The customer support team is always extremely helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with more local clients, we do sometimes run into the issue of not getting granular enough, so that kind of expansion would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us stay tapped into all of client’s conversations and easily report. We also use it for influencer research and connection, which is much more streamlined than our previous methods.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for social listening and competitor analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows can be complicated. Needs to have separation of accounts in Engage when working with multiple brands. Conversations don't always pull everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice to have a scheduler for social.
