My experience with Dani at Meltwater was spectacular. They were professional, prompt, and effecient.
What do you like best about the product?
What was most helpful about Meltwater to me was their adaptabillity to change of hands as point of contact at the Foundation, often, and being able to adapt and stay kind and professional through the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This response it not applicaple, no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not affiliated with any of the systems as I am a scheduler/ administrator at the foundation. This question could be best answered by a more senior staffer.
Gila River Resorts & Casinos Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy access to data for report writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequently doesn't have media contacts that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me pull media coverage and analytics to share with my leadership team so we can gauage sentiments about the company.
Meltwater is a comprehensive and valuable tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find its visual data helpful and appealing. Even the details that come when looking for the stats of publications (sentiment, link to website, potential reach, author, title of publication, etc) are user-friendly and helpful. I also feel supported by the Meltwater team and never wait long to hear back with solutions from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a specific outlet is difficult in case I want to learn more about, say, Fortune or Forbes. And if I want in-depth or further data on other specifics relevant to my business goals, I need to learn new boolean which is daunting without Meltwater staff's help.

Exactly what we need for all
What do you like best about the product?
The Engage and Analyze functions in Melterwater are the parts that best support my role and team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the sales tactics used by some (but not all) of the account management team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the functionality we need is in one place
Good tool for reaching out and monitoring web-presence, good customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Several things. Easy to find relevant journalists, good follow-up by customer support in feedback from my side about changed contact details of journalists, easy making and using press lists (which can also include journalists not in the database), high quality monitoring of presence on a huge number of news websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't have it all: I sometimes want to do something that is not (easily) possible (yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Maintaining a huge and adequate database of journalists 2) making it easy to use that 3) daily monitoring where or organisation is mentioned on news websites made easy
Good software to track, measure and report on media coverage and PR activities
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customise to the needs or a PR agency. Excellent customer service, building complex Boolean searches can be tricky and they provide extensive training and documentation on how to make the most of the search tools.
The analytics dashboards help condense vast amounts of data in graphs and charts easy to understand for clients and stakeholders who may not be overly familiar with PR lingo. The analytics charts built into the search/explore function help speed up the analysis massively, teams can spot trends in seconds by looking at mentions over time, topic clusters and frequent keywords.
The alert and newsletter function is simple to set up and maintain, an excellent tool to keep PR teams abreast of what is happening in a sector/industry on a daily basis, or to alert teams of brand/product mentions and avert potential crisis. Newsletters can also be branded to offer a more perosnalised experience to clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Social media monitoring is limited and I wouldn't rely on Meltwater alone to do in-depth social monitoring.
There are some issues with how publications are categorised (blogs instead of news outlets, and UK for US publications) but this can be flagged to Meltwater for correction. There are occasional issues tracking niche sectors, some trade publications are not tracked and news behind paywalls can also be difficult to track if keywords are not in the title or opening paragraph. Google news may sometimes be needed to complete a report.
It doesn't provide Domain Authority for the publications, which is something that clients increasingly request to demonstrate how PR is supporting SEO.

Best PLatform For Creators!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was to connect with brands for collaboration, the easy fo communication and the usability of the site. When I had issues, the customer support was always receptive and timely. There was a lot of helpful features that made the site favorable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an opprotunity to reach more brands or invite previously collaborators to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is making it easier for creators to monetize their content by connecting with brands. I have been a creator for some years now, however, I always had a difficult time finding brands to work with. After using Klear, this was no longer a prevalent issue for me.
All in One Platform Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Klear gives all data from beginning to end on all platforms. I think it's a great way to watch posts and see what is working and what isn't. It has so many features that other programs do not have. It's very easy to use. I'm 41 years old so if I can do it, anyone can!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really struggle figuring out what my data means but that is really not a Klear issue, that is a ME issue! It's honestly a great asset to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing me what type of posts work for me and what doesn't without having to go into 4 different data areas in the actual apps!
Great for influencer sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to quickly add influencer profiles, as well as the ability to search for influencers who have mentioned specific words. This makes it super helpful for finding influencers for niche programs.
Also like their demographic breakdowns which are well presented

I have some issues with the fact that not all data seems to be accurate and can be significantly different from native platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us source influencers and reviewing their demographics, audience health etc which ensures we find and use influencers that are well-suited to the campaigns of our clients.
