Reliable when listening digital noise
What do you like best about the product?
Digital digest that summarizes what is being talked

Giving us data and insights much faster and with more color
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and is packed with features that serve the needs of a wide variety of our stakeholders. It's become an essential tool for our public relatikns teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A common gripe is that Boolean has been difficult for most newcomers to master, but that has now changed with the new features that were introduced today. Another gripe is the quality of the data - even after we filter by 'News' in the tool, we still get a lot of filler websites that reproduce our press releases and blogs but don't provide any insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to pull all our media mentions manually and had to do so within a short period of time. This was extremely time consuming and gave us no time to measure sentiment. Meltwater solves both problems by scraping the web for articles for us, and provides us with sentiments that we can report to our stakeholders on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I receive daily emails with our Meltwater insights. It's the first thing I look at every morning as a communications professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still struggling with the interface

Being able to pin point how misinformation spreads in our agriculture industry.

All in one platform/dashboard that is customizable per activation to track how well (or not) we are showing up

IG stories and TikTok tracking as those are primary ways for influencers are engaging and tagging us

I've found Meltwater to be easy to use and effective for PR campaigns.

I look forward to future AI integration, which is currently lacking.

Meltwater is helping me to reach the media in our space.
Has its quirks, but helps our communication efforts run more smoothly.

The Engage feature-- scheduling social media posts for our organization and seeing what others are posting about us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has its quirks-- some bugs when typing out posts for scheduling, and we can't schedule posts on Threads or tag on IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to plan our posts in advance, see what others are posting about our organization, and view analytics in one place.
Makes my job as an analyst easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes my job as a communications analyst. The media intelligence in particular is a really nice resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging on can be a bit difficult. The UI can be hard to learn.

User-friendly interface and intuitive report creation.

Some API limitations, but these apply to most tools.

Superior customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service experience is amazing! From our reps who are always willing to jump in and help, to the incredible learning opportunities such as webinars, Meltwater never disappoints!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is not having enough hours in the day to do everything I'd like to do in Meltwater! It's easy to geek out in the data and hang out in Meltwater all day.

Meltwater saves us time and energy, and it keeps us organized!
