Great for PR Recaps!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Meltwater gives me a morning recap every morning of what news I may have missed with my company being in the news.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints - using Meltwater is realy easy and functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I may miss some articles coming from Meltwater and getting an email every morning is a good way to digest the articles coming in.

A step up in experience and functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The main feature that has made a huge difference for our team is the ability to assign specific approvers for each post. This has cut down on posts going out without proper approval and has made the approval and editing process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue our team has run into is that non-approvers are not able to delete posts that are created by accident. This has put a very admin-level task on our manager to deal with and has resulted in a few double postings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has enabled our team to work together more smoothly by improving the approval process more than anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater helps us listen to our audiences and engage existing and new audiences with our content. The search functionality is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is knowing there are some incredible tools such as AI Assist and not having them available yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us reach and target media that we want to engage with our content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Meltwater that I can create reports easily and on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boolean search can take a long time, but the new partnership between Microsoft Copilot + Meltwater is a game changer!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with pitching news stories and following leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having everything in one place is my favorite thing about Meltwater.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with that there was a way to get more specific and targeted searches without having to go through all of the manual search steps. I want that to be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see real time data and analysis saves me and my team an immense amount of time, giving us space to focus on deeper recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Meltwater is that the product not only has many industry-leading features, but that it is future-focused, utilizing tools like AI—that are changing almost daily—to give users a huge leg up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a new Meltwater client, and I am yet to run into any major issues. We found our team to be very reactive to a few bullet points we had about the newsletter function, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping us solve our daily and weekly reporting needs to our campus leadership. We also will rely on Meltwater to help inform our crisis management and overall social media strategies.

I love the different capabilities that Meltwater provides across our team in various areas and capabilities.

There are some glitchy functions that can make it tedious to go in and make
corrections manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has helped to streamline social media management by being able to easily schedule out content on a monthly basis so I can set it and forget it and spend more time on social listening and engagement across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike! The tool has only enhanced my experience in organizing and managing social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me back time in my day to focus on other tasks and able to spend more time on creativity and effectiveness of our social.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has made it a seamless process to not only monitor the ongoing of social and news but also to respond in a quick, transparent and authentic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
With its numerous abilities, it's not always intuitive to navigate. A positive and a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With limited resources (financially and bodily), Meltwater is making a small but mighty team feel large.
