A powerful crawling tool with a great expert request interface but a lack of semantic analysis

The request interface, the amount of data, the ability to cross datasets with variables, most used terms

the need to ask for a warm-up to get all the datas, the lack of semantic tool to navigate into datas

What do you like best about the product?
The precision in sources, Meltwater allows you to add numerous queries and easily monitor your e-reputation. It is a tool that is easy to handle and allows for autonomous management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards still a bit too fixed on the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our client's e-reputation. This allows us to gather all the queries that mention our company in order to respond to them as quickly as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The possibility to edit the dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, great dashboards and many useful attributes for strategists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always very accurate (sentiment analysis for example) and not directly actionable.
It's hard to actually find insights through social listening but interesting to confirm a hypothesis or illustrate with verbatim.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight digging, verbatim, understanding the conversation around a brand, category or product.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful tool for bringing up tweet comments related to an issue and extracting insights from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tedious side of creating a query, why not provide query packs based on themes?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to conduct social listening on the barriers related to mass consumption and thus create a campaign that can overcome them.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how Datasift normalizes data from resources like popular online blogs about school counseling that I find useful in comparing my own data to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how difficult to understand it seemed upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to learn about how other schools in my market are able to reach their families and obtain insight into how I can uniformally and successfully connect with our students on a social network basis year round.

What do you like best about the product?
The Radarly interface is smooth and intuitive. The numerous display settings of the dashboard allow for a very appreciable customization of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the indexing time too long. The email alerting is also weak (compared to other tools).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows me to process a high volume of data. The presentation in a social wall is also highly appreciated by my client.

the platform includes arabic posts written in latin letters.

when you export posts, the excel format is not convenient.
