Ensure the monitoring of the City of Le Havre and its agglomeration by a team of six people

What do you like best about the product?
When monitoring is handled by a team of 9 people, the main difficulty lies in the ability to find a simple methodology that is easy to apply and common to all. The Radarly tool allows this, facilitated by its ease of use and ergonomics. Simplicity, power, and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Radarly is a very responsive tool even though it sometimes encounters minor difficulties in retrieving certain Facebook posts. But the Linkfluence technical team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been experiencing Radarly for over 2 years and we are perfectly satisfied with it. It has notably allowed us to track our social performance during an important event for our city and community: the 500th anniversary of Le Havre.
Its statistical analysis tools, reports, and their analysis are indispensable tools today within our team to adjust our digital strategy, including sponsorship, and allow us to best adjust and editorialize our information and communication materials, creating a real complementarity and transversality between print, web, and social networks.

Powerful but really not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The wide possibilities offered by the tools in terms of impressions, clics, shares etc. and the cluster functions to find relevant cross topics. It's also really useful to compare the visibility of social media channels vs traditional web platforms and different websites accross the world with a wide category of different numbers, I really appreciated this part and we got a lot of positive feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stats for Social media who differ from the metrics used by the platforms. We couldn't find out exactly how these numbers were found and thus we didn't use it for social performance but more to identify what issues were the most discussed. We feel like there should be an improvement on the community performance on social media channel, especially in the part that reports if it's positive or negative feedback
The platform is also quite difficult to master, it's not "user friendly" at all, especially when you need to make new request
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-reputation and crisis situations. We could identify sources and got the full info we needed. We also use it to find the last trends on some topics and find curation topics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need quite a lot of time to understand for the first week, especially to set up the request and to be sure to volume is right. This was problematic at first but fortunately the support was quite helpful. The positive or negative analysis also seems a bit random sometimes, this could be optimised in the future versions. Concerning pricing, it's in the middle of market.

An intuitive and efficient solution

What do you like best about the product?
What we prefer about the Radarly tool is the significant number of possibilities for using the tool. Whether it's for e-reputation or building effective content, we use the platform almost every day in our activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are less fond of the alert settings, which do not allow for enough customization of the volume in our opinion. Constructing queries can quickly become complex to obtain quality information without "noise" on certain keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radarly allows us to:
- Monitor our e-reputation as well as that of our doctors
- Create high value-added oriented content
- Do some
- Improve our "patient" online relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Radarly is more intuitive than the other solutions we have been able to experiment with (3). It also offers more possibilities for an affordable price.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is always listening to us and ready to help with requests, studies, platform issues, etc.
I like to create requests that I want and have a first impression quickly. The interface is intuitive and I like the fact that you can click and add different indicators.
The interface can be personalized with the different views.
Linkfluence is constantly improving and taking our opinions into account
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there are a lot of functionalities that are not always easy to access (emoji cloud is a bit hidden for example).
The setting panel is different from a project to another, one global would be more practical.
The team is not communicating enough about the new functionalities, it would an advantage for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding marketing insights on different projects.
Better understand our customer experience : launch of new products, identify any problems, analyze the pain points, follow the news and our competitors, be alerted is different subjects
Anticipate : follow innovations.

You need to know what you're looking for in order to not being lost in all the data

Radarly: the best way to analyze our customers' reactions

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use on Radarly (even if a quick training session might be necessary). In just a few clicks, you can see the audience for our service, user reactions, and where our customers come from. The analysis generator that can be sent automatically is also a very good point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The negative point lies in the difficulty of targeting the key terms for the service. Too often we had hashtags that were too generic. As a result, many reactions were included in our analyses even though they did not concern our service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Radarly, I was quickly able to determine which social networks were relevant for our service.

The Dashboard is very attractive and makes you want to continue on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is difficult to understand, the reports are complicated to obtain, and there are many bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand the brand's Instagram community, what is wrong, and what would be good to improve.

That it's well organized and we can filter in function of the tag we are adding

I would prefer if we could have facebook and instagram input but I understand how hard it would be.
