What do you like best about the product?
Live streams - easy way to view multiple queries all in one place for efficient social monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lot of overlap between some of the features/information, which makes the tool slightly confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily able to monitor social media to better understand what our clients want and what our competitors are doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for monitoring social media. Slightly confusing for analysis, but still useful.

What do you like best about the product?
for me the most important thing is that a can see everything in one place, in clear categories and with easy comparison. Additional graphs and metrics help with data visualisation and preparing presentation and other visual aids. Moreover, Radarly enables listening to customers conversations, shows their problems and remarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a little bit choatic and messy :) it is difficult to find things quickly

my work i to improve customer experince and Radarly show me what they think

it is worth trying, you can find everything in one tool, data is esay to switch and compare. You can also see what's going on with competition

What do you like best about the product?
Radarly is the most extensive, powerful and user-friendly social listening tool I have ever seen and worked with. On top of that, Linkfluence, the editor of Radarly, has a very strong R&D policy, based on cutting edge innovations and, at once, on a user-centric approach, especially business wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sections in the tool are useless and customers should be able to design the interface’s look and feel in the way they use it. Maybe a customized design and a set of data viz tools could be actionable too for the end customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand performance, campaign KPIs, crisis anticipation and management, trend watching, end users’ consumption habits, and so on.
Benefits: business insights, customers’ insights, cultural and social behavioral trends, trend mining in general, ...

Among all functions: search by keywords and list by engagement of influencers

Radarly displays a limited number of influencers but not everyone who posted with the hashtag (only the best influencers)

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to find everywhere specific keywords have been mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned earlier, it's difficult to have reports identical to those we produce on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can know in real-time, and on all networks/sites, where the brand or keywords that interest us have been mentioned.

User experience, easy to use, nice graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the data is collected. I mean I'm using several different tools for my professional work and Radarly is always the one that don't collect the whole social media messages, even if the configuration of the different tools is the same...
The tool is definitively not good for social media real time monitoring
