UI is great. I like the influencers options, the NEAR operator is very usefull and overall the results are satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some filter needs to be added to prevent malicious (sometimes pornographic) posts that have thousands of kewords on purpose.
I also had a problem with very specific fact we can't use "NEAR" operator with "RAW".

Cybersecurity watch. Radarly is used to detect evry post related to cybersecurity issues that might be related to our company. It allowed us to detect malicious behaviours among internet users.

Do net hesitate to contact support if needed. Very fast, efficient answers.
A powerful and complete solution
What do you like best about the product?
Radarly is a powerful solution that allows for the detection of a lot of information circulating on the net, which cannot be detected manually. The interface's ergonomics are interactive and allow for many actions to be performed directly from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated reporting and web review feature could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Radarly, we have been able to improve our passive listening on the web and better detect potential difficulties that could affect our industry.
User friendly tool that can give you lots of insight
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have run a query, the analytics are created for you, of which you can then simply add widgets to create your own custom dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement on the UX. Should look to provide more analytics and redesign so that users can have more options to customise. I also think the help section should be more prominent so that users can easily learn more as they use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to measure online activity, especially in social media. Seeing what people are saying and the volume of mentions gives us a good understanding of our brand and topics that matter to us.

Make sure your query string is well defined as the system will pick up everything that is public, including those mentions that are not relevant to you.

the radarly platform is really a best in class, simple to be used by many members of my team . The back up from linkfluence teams is always very usefull for better using the platform or for specific studies

Very impressed with how quick the results come out in Radarly, that along with the fact that you can have them in real time will definitely help you have control over any online reputation crisis that might come out.

Like other listening tools, if you don’t spend the time, finding actionable information can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radarly pulls more data than most other platforms at the moment. Plus their data research consultants as mentioned above.
Helpful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to build media contact lists. They allow press releases to go out easily and it sends from your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to add a person to the list in a different screen after you’ve built their contact profile (if they don’t already have it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out press releases with a consistent email. Recognizable for multiple people to manage. Searching for specific content writers is nice especially on topics you don’t usually do.
