Daily updates as soon as I get going in the morning.

If we have a name of an associate in a release it doesn't matter what or who that is. It pulls all of those names

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to research, analyze, and compile influencer and partnership data and being able to have it all stored in one place for reporting to my team.
Klear is constantly improving the product as well, and shoutout to their team for working with me to find solutions that help us complete our objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upfront cost and so many features you have to stay on top of your product EDU so you're making sure to use Klear to full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time in my day to day when it comes to finding partners, understanding their audience and authenticity, and then reporting on partnerships we've established.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's customer service is fantastic. Even though we have a basic package - not all the bells and whistles - I still have a dedicated team of Meltwater reps that I can reach out to with any question or issue. I always get a response that day - sometimes within the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform isn't the most intuitive. I know I could be using Meltwater way more efficiently/to gather data and reporting, but I have too many other priorities on my plate to dedicate time to learning all the ins and outs of Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has a great media monitoring service. I use the tag feature to track press coverage for various projects. I also love the newsletter feature. It's a quick way for me to share press coverage with our board and leadership in a visual way.

I also use the journalist database frequently. I schedule almost all of my pitches/press releases to distribute using Meltwater.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the money. I also recommend participating in the many Webinar's Meltwater provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Klear, is truly all in one influencer marketing platform. It gives all the necessary tools to have the best possible practice. The recent Payment Feature saves a lot of time for Brands to process payments and it's very easy to use. Klear, makes all our campaigns executions as smooth as possible. Influencers can easily attach their content for Brands approval, and it's very convenient for both sides.
I also would like to mention how Customer Success team (particularly Tiki) is always there for us. In case of any issues, they always help us to get to the bottom of it and provide us with the fix as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Klear. I only have some suggestions that I think will be great for the future updates. I feel adding an emoji feature in chats would help to make the communications with influencers more friendly. Also, I think adding a special plan for Influencer Agencies would be very exciting. It will help a lot of Brands and Agencies to build long time relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can post all my social media at one time and that I can schedule everything out for an entire month or more. I also like the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you removed the link button option (Paper Clip Icon) and now you have to add the web link in the body of the content. It doesn't always work. In fact, it hardly ever works. :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to review the analytics to see what is working and what we need to improve on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a better option for other programs I have used in the past.

I thought the platform was user friendly and pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seemed very stale and not very easily customizable.

I used Meltwater to aid in our Social and Public Relations efforts BIOTRONIK.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I encourage the company to make the User Interface more customizable. Different users can have different preferences for layouts, etc.

Media Tracking and Outreach Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up searches for key words related to your business to easily pull reports of media placement is amazing. The ability to search for media contacts for targeted outreach is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality can be a bit clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to provide reports of media placements and this helps us do that easily.
We also do outreach to specific regions for press releases and this allows us to narrow down very easily.

Klear helped our brand create a new influencer program

What do you like best about the product?
Klear's easy to use interface allows me (one user) to build my influencer campaigns from start to finish. As our brand is new to influencer marketing, Klear has really helped in discovering tech influencers in our niche industry, checking authenticity of audience & demographics to fit our brand's voice, and in launching our campaigns this year. My favorite part of the process is signing into Klear to check the campaign metrics once an influencer has posted their content. Klear gathers metrics beyond what my company has access to. Being able to see reach (unique views) , engagement and EMV (earned media value) data for each social post has been very beneficial to our brand. The campaign results have been so impressive, we're continuing the influencer program into next year!
What do you dislike about the product?
From the perspective of someone launching their first influencer campaign, I've been very impressed with Klear and have no dislikes. The few times I have mentioned to our Customer Success Manager that I would appreciate "x" extra feature, within the last year the feature has been created and launched. That's what I love about Klear: they listen to me (the user) to better their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two main problems I encountered before subscribing to Klear were: 1. inability to determine whether or not an "influencer" Instagram account had an authentic audience, and 2. not being able to collect all the data I wanted to showcase campaign results once content was posted on social. These two issues were resolved with Klear.
