What do you like best about the product?
For multimarket, multicategories, multibrands projects the balance between standardization and customization to meet local needs

Insight Pages concept has potential to drive scalability in organization

The Quick Search (a product that needs additional funding to be added but worth while) asking about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gaps in data collection for unclear reasons / lack of transparency of limitations ex missing mentions of key influencers (paid partnerships)

Still limitations of Insight Pages ex. ability to download

Sentiment quite off at the moment with limited possibilities to optimize (similar issue to most platforms)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More frequent insights vs traditional research on brand performance and competitor benchmarking

What do you like best about the product?
We liked the access the platform provided us to consumer sentiment expressed via social media, on a range of topic areas
What do you dislike about the product?
There were perhaps a limited number of data points for some of the topic areas we wanted to gain more information about satisfaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is trying to understand more about whether there is high / low satisfaction and sentiment of consumers in certain parts of the economy

A powerful tool to analyze the social listening
Insight Page is helpful to monitor brand performance and goo for those who are not familiar with the tool

The language issue makes it difficult to have clean data

Basically, to understand how our brand perform (vs. competitors) and which campaigns including competitors work the best

What do you like best about the product?
I think the reporting options are particularly great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish one could go deeper into the search. For example, to know how often a hashtag was used in a certain period of time.

I get a faster evaluation of the social media channels for the client.

What do you like best about the product?
We can acquire complete and objectif data set to reflect online users' opinion on social issues and measure the importance of social buzz;
the interface is quite ergonomic which allows users to get hands on quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that while doing research in wine industry, the data set that we paid for doesn't allow us to explorer further/experimential social media territory

To measure the impact of communication campaign or social mouvement;
have more convincing points of view

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see publicity value for earned media spots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compiling reports could be easier. You have to manually add columns together and total them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to spot places our name is appearing that we may not know about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It doesn't offer broadcast monitoring – you will need another product for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of all types of posts whether paid or earned or owned, which other tools are unable to do. Can work more if able to track dark posts as well

Just the interface, looks old-school and some interactions/results are hard to find unless already an experienced user

Competitor tracking as well as own performance

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and workspaces useful to have different views. Linkfluence academy helpful to learn how to use the platform.

I need to be able to use a bit more to have the proper feedback for this matter.

Having valuable insights online on our brand as well as the industry helps us build better content and have good awarness.
