A Seamless Tool for Social Listening!
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's daily digests and robust reporting dashboards make it easy to see exactly what I need! Each morning I start my day reading through the daily digest to see if there are any customer support fires to put out. When you have nearly 400 shop locations, Meltwater makes it easy to tap in and address concerns and praise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater is an expensive tool, but when budgeted for, it has driven results for our immediate team and owners. There is an abundance of features which is helpful, but can make it difficult to know where to begin looking and clicking for an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows our team to better capture what customers are saying about our shops online. Most recently, I have been using Meltwater to verify PR analytics. Our previous platform for PR analytics was often inaccurate and Meltwater has given me the confidence to share my findings both internally and externally.

Social Analytics tool with cheap package but high value
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been helped a great deal for us, be it usi in social listening or orm or caompaign management. its features are amazing and gives data realt time manner, which lacks in most of the industry tools not a days. We are a marketing agency which specialized in ORM and Social Listening
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing is number of lgoins should be high given that the package is good amout, more than three logins and tools log outs automcatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cliets ususally require competiton tracking and industry tracking, meltwater helps us to gather l the data in a single place for us to analyse. We use for influcencer data, tracking real time data and insights about industry and brands. Also for response management
Meltwater Key to University Social Media Success
What do you like best about the product?
The feature/product we use most is Meltwater Engage. It has been paramount in our social media content calendar, scheduling, and monitoring inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do experience glitches with Meltwater a little more frequently than I would like, but that being said, their chat/customer support team is incredible. So, any time there is a slight issue, you do have access to timely customer support to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together content for various platforms into one scheduling tool is hugely beneficial. I can't imagine having to jump back and forth between platforms to individually schedule content.

Love the ability to schedule in posts accross various clients and platforms

Certain glitches may render functionalities to malfunction at times

Social media management, solving needs for different client publishing, reporting, analytics and influencer marketing accross various projects and campaigns
Really love the Klear platform
What do you like best about the product?
I use just Klear for the Meltwater platform, but I love how user friendly it is and how much complete data I get for campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more influencers had price estimates - those really help in knowing where to start with offers. I also wish I could see a history of what I paid someone or some way to track that better in Klear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helps me organize and track campaigns. I also really love Klear pay for the influencers who use that function.
Our essential monitoring and influence tool
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been supporting us for several years on two main points: alerting and influencer marketing. The configuration of searches is facilitated with teams that are attentive and very proactive, allowing us to regularly update terms and track daily outcomes thanks to reports, and even live on the hottest topics with Slack integration! Regarding influence, the tool is very fast and allows us to scrutinize each account before collaborations to ensure the right choice is made, before seeing statistics rise in real-time to best follow the strategy! Finally, the courses offered by Meltwater also allow for improvement on certain points and to validate acquired skills with a certification!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any major drawbacks to using Meltwater except for the presentation of the data. There is so much data collected that the dashboards can sometimes be complex and it can be difficult to find the key information. Nevertheless, the user interface of the tool remains good and it's better to be in this position and have too much information than not enough! In any case, this doesn't prevent us from using the tool daily!

Meltwater helps us reference the different impacts we can have on various topics, allows us to stay active on monitoring hot topics, and especially allows us to have relevant data before and after each influence campaign to help us validate our choices and measure the impact of such an operation afterwards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. We use Engage daily for our work and have been able to keep better track of our communications content and key metrics. The Meltwater team is also supportive and has quickly helped solve any challenge we've had and trained us on anything we'd like to learn about their platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often struggle with using the Engage app. It is inconvenient to have to type in my login information every time I try to use it. It's a small step but I don't have to do this with most other apps. Additionally, the app sometimes doesn't load the posts that I've drafted in the online version. I would love to use the app more, but it's not as easy to edit and reschedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our problem of having a collective place for general media management, like social media, press marketing and media monitoring. It helps our organization keep track of the qualitative reach of our communications. Engage makes it easy to post on multiple social platforms and keep track of what content has been shared, a huge benefit for transitions, which often happens in nonprofits and associations.
