What do you like best about the product?
I like how much you can customize your searches and filter precisely for what you are searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes without the help of a representative, it can be difficult to create a search for exactly what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Meltwater, I can report on client/campaign successes and crisis management. I also like being able to compare coverage or mentions between timelines or comparing how certain campaigns performed against each other.

What do you like best about the product?
The workshops have helped improve the knowledge and use of Meltwater's Social Listening tool, which allowed us to improve our data analysis and reporting for our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to have data from other social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Kwai. The last two have shown growth in Latin America in the previous two years since the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training courses helped us learn more about Meltwater's social listening tool to get better data and information for our project reports, particularly those related to understanding audio consumption and opinions about video streaming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Meltwater for its ease of use for users, as well as how to use dashboards and reclassify data opinions.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the tool to find real-time information using several keywords
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty to understand how to search more accurate (in which place you need to put each keyword to look for a specific search)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media searches & Social Media searches. The main benefit would be the accuracy of the platform in a customized period of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend using the platform first and then having a training course with one of the executives, so you already have some doubts to clear with them

I like the support and disposition of the account manager for potential training sessions or requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The query time period is only one year back. Limit the queries and the range of action of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally monitor the sentiment and perception of people about specific topics or brands.

Quick response times in the help team. Program is simple to use

Slow load times
Errors in news search, catching articles where the keyword is in advertisement for instance

I can understand issues in depth but also keep an eye out for any spikes in conversation on the day to day

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis provided by the site in terms of keywords, high-frequency dates, being able to compare different searches to understand which brands are "winning on social" for a particular topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more social channels included beyond Twitter, but I know this is something the team is looking to build on in the future. It would also be great to be able to search posts for audience, e.g. sorted by demographic information - I know you can do this on Brandwatch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to gain insights about consumer behavior on social media about the brands I work on and make recommendations to improve post performance for my clients

I would recommend it - its a useful tool

Nothing found so far. Useful to keep growing the amount of sources that Meltwater can scrape.

- Hearing the voice of the customer and plan online interaction with our customer base.
- Ability to receive product feedback, both positive and negative from independent sources.
