Every day at work is a Miro-day
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a fantastic tool in our project – we are collaborating, brainstorming and visualizing our challenges in a way that makes them graspable. When putting things on the board, it helps me think and understand how to navigate in complex tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
People that haven't worked with it might feel a bit uncomfortable with a new tool, and struggle with how to use it. This is something you notice in a team where you have both experienced users and newbies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with collaboration and communication in projects.
Intuitive user experience and strong functionalities for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite quick to load and respond. I don't often notice lags. The AI summary features are awesooome! I have been using them a lot to gather key themes from workshops. I mainly use it as a whiteboard feature so can't speak to presenting in it, and don't often use the timer/music features for workshops. The core features and shapes for process mapping are quite easy to use compared to other tools I've tried. I often get great feedback on their clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management of boards. There can get to be a long list of them but with no way to organize them within a project. At least not that I've seen! I also wish there was a safe way to work offline. Currently I cannot do work in the board and have it upload later. Perhaps that's a versioning safeguard but I wish there was a way it could work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guiding my thoughts in meetings, allowing for virtual collaboration and brainstorming to aid in remote work, and provides a creative space for deep thinking and deep work.
very good tool for diagrams, architectures and mindmaps
What do you like best about the product?
excelent user experience, specially using zoom, selecting and moving elements around
What do you dislike about the product?
export and backup is not easy. share with colleagues is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborative work around architectures, diagrams and roadmaps mostly
Less thinking, more doing
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my go to tool for when I need to think, and get my thoughts onto something tangible. I use it everyday at work. The features are extremely easy to use and intuitive. I have been utilising Miro for 2 years and there are times when I instinctively use other unrelated apps, I attempt things that only Miro allows as it has become second nature in Miro.
Miro meets me where I am, it isn't in your face about all the features it has, it lets you just do your thing, and when you need tools it is there to support. I can't do my work without it now.
The collaboration features are especially impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the size of the board can be overwhelming and the navigation sections are a bit complex.
I would like a most used feature that is easier to access, for example when I want to add an image there is a bit of clicking and scrolling to do this every time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to have all my notes in one place, and I'm able to use them with ease. It also allows me to collaborate with others easily, it saves us a lot of time.
Miro has everything I need for every project
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's accessible to everyone on my team (PM, analyst, engineers, etc) and that it's easily embedded into Teams, so I can use it for everything from discovery with my team to multi-proram workshop facilitation, as well as documentation and note-taking for myself. All of the features are intuitive, and I love the variety of templates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest pain point I have is with copying larger sections or frames. For ex, I use the same template for our team retro every week, and it's often a pain to copy and paste all the elements by individually clicking them. I also don't like that it says "copy of", because I have to go in and change them each time. I also do not think the directions for the dot voting on the template I use are very clear; I can't figure out how to start the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it's helping us visualize our insights from discovery and align on which opportunities to after next.
I like how I can use Miro to create process/projects and share it with the team in interactive way.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration incredibly smooth, especially for remote teams. I love how easy it is to brainstorm visually using sticky notes, flowcharts, and templates.
It feels like a digital whiteboard where everyone can contribute in real time without stepping on each other’s work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using Miro boards can feel a bit overwhelming, especially on large boards with a lot of content, it’s easy to get lost.
Performance can also slow down with complex boards or when multiple users collaborate simultaneously.

I use Miro for workflow mapping, process documentation, and brainstorming sessions. It makes it easy to visualise complex ideas, keep everyone aligned, and turn messy thoughts into clear, actionable plans.

Brilliant for Collaborative Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using MIRO for running workshops regularly. It’s intuitive, flexible, and makes collaboration feel effortless. Whether I’m mapping ideas, running icebreakers, or planning with a team remotely, it brings everything together in one place. A go-to tool for creative and productive sessions! I also always use this to map out my
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely for my use cases I haven't got any negative or constructive feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote and hybrid collaboration by providing a shared, visual workspace that feels as close to being in the same room as possible. It helps overcome the limitations of traditional video calls and static documents by enabling real-time co-creation, brainstorming, and planning. For me, it makes workshops more engaging and productive, allows for clear idea capture and prioritisation, and keeps everyone aligned even when we’re working from different locations. It’s also brilliant for pre-work and post-session follow-ups, making it a true end-to-end collaboration tool.
Miro is the best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's features/capabilities are heads and shoulders above alternatives like Figjam, Mural, Google Jamboards. I've been leading product development and training projects with remote teams for years using Miro. It accepts almost any input and you can organize it a million different ways. I also use Miro as an interactive classroom space. Miro's flexibility means it's my first step when I start a project or task. I couldn't live without it.
I've onboarded a number of colleagues to Miro, and it's always easy for them to pick up how it works. It also integrates with so many enterprise software tools — Jira, Google suite, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to remember where you put things in Miro. I'd like their search capability to be more robust.
I've built my own Miro onboarding tool, but I wish there were a quick video or something I could send new users that would help them have confidence when they first start using the tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the flexible collaborative whiteboard my team needs to tackle complex projects. I like that we start with a blank canvas so we can add templates as we figure out what we need.
