What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration between people which makes so much pratical. I appreciate insert and upload documents, images and (why not?) presentations. I like to make naviagtions flows, information architecture and wireframes in a quicky way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The project folders organization it's kind of confuse. Delete a board is not clear because doesn't have a direct and visible button, which makes us create various boards here in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to create UX flows, organize informations, make workshops and live design exercises, also project brainstorms. For myself, facilitate a workshop and follow other colleagues on the board it's really great. Also the timer function, so much grateful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To make a interactive classroom or workshopsl choose Miro. It's for quickly design sprint or presentate something to many people. It's easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates give you an idea to start with, and then use their easy and intuitive tools to complete what you have in mind. You can also export multiple versions of these assets if you need to integrate them to other documents. The best part is having an app as well as an online interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some export sizes are not suitable for integration as well as large file sizes make working online a bit harder than on the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System Architecture, Ideation, and storyboarding are my primary use cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You just need to try it once to understand the difference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any PM-related stuff - from Roadmaps to Retrospectives boards. One of the most significant benefits is undoubtedly the improvement in communication and collaboration when using Collaborative Boards.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is there where u would imagine it is. Commands are simple to use and super intuitive. It´s incredibly flexible and powerful. In my company Miro is largely utilised in diverse areas and teams. Templates are a very nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features is growing fast, I see sometimes too may new additions which I could also live without. They could compromise a bit the flexibility. A part from this everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can brainstorm, visualise and analyse problems, draw user flows and even produce low-fi wireframes. It´s versatile also to represent organigrams and teams, and in general to think about changes in the team structure can happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it for its user experience and versatility.

  • February 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is the best, modern and simple.
What most products forget is that we don't have all the time to learn a new tool, so, the simpler it is, the better it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be lowered for additional seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- how to collaborate remotely and organise knowledge
- one place to do everything

Miro makes your live more structured

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to create valuable content easily. Above all, the miroverse community helps me get new ideas that I can then use to improve my workflow. All in all miro is excellent to get a group of people working remotely together to do extraordinary things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to also add .dox, .excel files to my miro board in order to make other storage forms irrelevant. At the moment, i have to create a picture and link that picture to the respective file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro in three different ways, first as a problem solver. Once there is a feeling of misalignment in the team, miro helps give everyone a voice via a sticky note. Thus everyone is heard and then you can cluster the notes and vote on the clusters to get closer to an agreement. Second, i use miro for bringing transparency in my daily work for either prioritising (excellent templates are available!) and third i use it to structure my content.
