number one tool for team collabration
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro as aour whiteboard with all the team for our new online project. I like that it has a simple view and can be used by everyone. We can communicate with each other and work on the same project with different teams and agencies. ıt is also easy to write comments on visual things like webpage designs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it might be hard to change the current design, sometimes it is better to open a new whiteboard and create the design again instead of correcting the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently trying to open a new website and we are working together with our agency on website designs (UI and UX) using Miro. We are writing comments on the designs, working together on the same pages.

Miro Makes for Interactive & Engaging Online Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a beautiful layout with endless creative possibilities. You can create a PowerPoint-like presentation or step outside the box and go with something much more visually appealing. The sticky note option allows for virtual engagement, which is impossible using other tools. I like that you can make it more or less engaging depending on your participant's digital skills - even the least confident teams can still manage to use the sticky note function. The 'bring everyone to me' and 'set start view' options have been incredibly helpful when presenting with miro to participants who have never used the tool before. I also love the options for presentation mode; my favourite is the first option which takes you smoothly through the board, stopping at each frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are virtually no downsides to miro, only a few minor improvement features I would love to see. For example, I would like to see the names of guest participants on the board. I would also love to have an animation feature (like confetti etc.) that you get on products like Canva. Otherwise, it's a pretty amazing product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were required to run a large number of workshops online across our organisation to facilitate brainstorming and found the usual tools lacking. Participants were not engaged and we were not getting results. We then switched to running the workshop via miro, which has resulted in better enagemnet and data collection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We found that to get the best out of it, we needed to send out instruction guides before meetings and include ice breaker activities that helped people learn to use the features. Once you have used it a few times, it becomes pretty seamless.
I LOVE Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been transformative in creating projects for my team and for the groups that I am connected with for UX Design projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to Miro! I love the platform, and it is such a great resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to organize around different teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you connect to the fantastic resources.
Great for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you have a space for everyone to collate their thoughts and ideas. The use of post it notes is a good way to show different sections or to identify different people on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to move items around on the board, I find it lifts a lot of stuff I don't want it to. It would be useful to have a note or page which shows you some of the shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving collaborative, communicative and cooperative problems as a team using Miro. As a team we are more productive when sharing and talking about ideas and issues in Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Miro as a key tool in collaborating, communicating, and cooperating efficiently and effectively with your team and staff. A tool that can be used by everyone.
