I LOVE Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been transformative in creating projects for my team and for the groups that I am connected with for UX Design projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to Miro! I love the platform, and it is such a great resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to organize around different teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you connect to the fantastic resources.
Great for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you have a space for everyone to collate their thoughts and ideas. The use of post it notes is a good way to show different sections or to identify different people on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to move items around on the board, I find it lifts a lot of stuff I don't want it to. It would be useful to have a note or page which shows you some of the shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving collaborative, communicative and cooperative problems as a team using Miro. As a team we are more productive when sharing and talking about ideas and issues in Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Miro as a key tool in collaborating, communicating, and cooperating efficiently and effectively with your team and staff. A tool that can be used by everyone.
Great tool for individual work and team collaboration

- Flexibility and ease of use,
- Clean UI and almost flat learning curve,
- Continuous improvements - add-ons, UI, and functionalities.
In my remote-first workplace, Miro is my go-to tool which helps collect data, conduct analysis and present the outputs to my team. It's enjoyable and helps bring different stakeholders to the table.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's been great - I don't see anything that disturbs my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am performing the UX Research activities - from planning and execution to implementation of findings. Even with large boards, I can work efficiently within remote teams.
Endless Possibilities , Fun to use, and overall just an amazing visual illustration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many options available. I use it to create operating models, process flows, timelines, and even meetings. You can easily export things and use them on presentations (or create a presentation right there in Miro)! Plus, it's fun and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing that I find annoying is that it be difficult to move objects around and that you cannot group stuff while it's on a table. However, these are minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing our whiteboard since we are all working from home. It is helpful when it comes to communication in general. I am mainly using it to create operating models and process flows for our org
Making the future workplace more convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that everyone can see everything at the same time. The meeting/notes/thoughts captured during discussions are left as evidence and reminders of what was discussed - no more writing meeing notes. I love the timer option and the ability to hide boards/frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to resize images to be lower quality. This would help keep the files smaller, so after weeks/hours of conversations, the file can still load and 'rasterize' quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategy, product design reviews etc. I am not benefitting financially by using this product. However it makes me much more productive and can see how the team and business performance will increase
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definately get it. Test it in a meeting, workshop or as a project tracking tool
Love Miro - breeds creativity
What do you like best about the product?
The software is so flexible and powerful - allowing me to quickly, efficiently insert and move images, links, files. This flexibility and power gives me the room and platform to do my best work
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate with Microsoft PowerPoint, which means I if I want to transfer my work this can be tedious. Eg if I create a framework or model in miro I cannot copy and paste it into poweroint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be creative and put different formats of information together in one place, additionally, being able to do this with others and share collaboratively is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! Use it - you will like it
MIRO the best whiteboard program
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO's whiteboard is the most user-friendly program that helps you with the daily tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
The buttons, in the beginning, are hard to use, but once you manage to find and understand them it is piece of cake
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the daily meetings, I can explain to my co-workers their tasks better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MIRO is an excellent program to help you coordinate your team
Very good, very useful for daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that teamwork becomes much easier because you can organize meetings and workshops and use video chat, presentation, sharing, and many other features within one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability of the software is a little tricky. I tried to emulate physical tools such as a whiteboard but failed on several facets. Once you get used to the program is nice, but it takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've just started to take advantage of the Asana integration, but there are other project management tools you can sync with as well. It's an excellent tool for remote collaboration.
Great app to create flowcharts and maps!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collaborate with my team using Miro, my team can leave comments on the flows that need to be revised, and it helps me to get real-time feedback (less time on scheduling meetings to discuss those flows to get their feedback!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is quite expensive even though I understand why, but maybe it'll be better if there's some referral feature. I also would love it if the loading on Mac is not taking too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create flowcharts and collaborate with my team to discuss the flows in real-time, which helps me a lot because I don't have to send the flows back and forth and it also saves my time.
Best online tool for brainstorming and collabrative whiteboarding I have seen
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and works very well for collaborating in the new world of remote work. It is very feature-rich, and we have used it successfully for brainstorming, retrospectives, and sketching out architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has been evolving very quickly overall, this is good, but the constant changes in the user interface can make it confusing at times. The last time I checked, it was impossible to copy past tables and shapes into MS Office or gSuite apps, which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to meet the team face to face, has made it very challenging to get the kind of things we would do in a room on a whiteboard. Miro has let us be effective in doing this remotely.
