What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Miro administrator and Service Designer for my Company I proposed to use Miro in order to:
- Avoid contents sharing (with huge size) via Mail or others;
- Having a visual approach and encourage creativity during my workshop by involving all stakeholders from defferent teams;
- Having in one single board all information we need to design and prototype new product/services;
- Easy sharing and collaborative way of work remotely

When you use it, the first question is: how have i done so far without this?
Excellent tool for team work in the new normal
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is pretty much and literally endless in terms of what you can do with it. Be it for organizing your own individual work, time and mind, to run sessions with your team or a very large group of people, Miro has the tool set you need to get organized – and to have fun doing it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface very much mimics reality, which at times also means that what you create is not always very pretty and polished. In a way that is great and supports a certain agile culture, but sometimes it can look a bit uninspiring, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost everything, really. I use it to structure my own mind and schedule. For brainstorming, ideation, product conceptualization in the team. For scrum ceremonies. And for larger workshops that bring together people from different teams and professional backgrounds.
Tool for a wide range of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Clear interface with the easiest and very quickly navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not obvious how to organize work when using multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and structuring parts of the project(s) with lots of graphics. A quick search for the necessary information, the possibility of notes and sharing comments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
pay attention to the Miro hints, they can be very useful not only for a quick start.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with figma if it was built in and worked better then plugin would be ideal

Easy interface to learn and collaborate with various tools
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy tool to learn and maneuver through and not complicated with too many commands to remember. It's so easy to set up the contents on the board with the various tools made available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaborating with people not having a paid membership is difficult since many tools are not accessible then. Also, for a corporate team like mine, it is not made clear if we can easily add or remove any members from the paid membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming became so much easier for my team, which is entirely remote. The tools available are also fun to use during the brainstorming sessions. The new addition of the music with the timer is a 'cherry on the top'.
We also use it to have brainstorming/ engagement sessions with our clients. And it's helpful that people don't have to sign up for it.

With some small tweaks it would be 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
I find the templates quite helpful as they are grouped by functionality. Often, I could discover templates with structures that inspire new ideas.
Also, I like how I can select an area for preview. Visuals can help me quickly locate the ones I am searching for and remind me of the contents without needing to open each one,

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools are not as intuitive as they could be. Take voting, for example. I have been trying to figure out how to use this function for a couple of UXR projects. The frustrating part is that I keep running into situations where I am not sure if it is not working because I am misusing it or it simply does not have the feature needed. It could be helpful to have demo videos/articles to help users learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, I use Miro for 1) organizing ideas and information for learning purposes or 2) sharing and collaborating with others. An image can indeed speak for a thousand words. With Miro, I find it is easier for me to pick up new concepts and communicate ideas/thoughts with others.
One of my faves!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility. I've always loved to collaborate on a whiteboard with my team, but since COVID, this hasn't been possible. I'd say that Miro is the next best thing, but honestly, it's even better. With all of the templates and other collaborative functionality, it's opened up so many new possibilities for the team. We use it for collaboration between Engineering and Product, sharing thoughts with customers, and many, many other things. For my personal work, I love to do a brain dump and then organize my thoughts. It is absolutely one of my favorite tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to think hard about this, and my response isn't a "dislike"; it's more of a challenge. Because there is so much functionality available, it can take a while to become competent with the product. That's OK when you've been using it for a while (even though I feel like I'm still only scratching the surface.) It becomes challenging when you invite others to collaborate and they are new to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a remote-first workplace, collaboration has suffered due to the distance between team members. Miro has provided a tool for our teams to continue collaborating effectively, even though we are geographically dispersed. Our Engineering team introduced me to Miro during a brainstorming session and I was completely blown away by how effective it was. I've been a believer ever since.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a real use case in mind when learning the product. It will help tremendously. (rather than just casually reviewing different areas of functionality)
Game Changing and Life Changing!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive interface with a huge amount of examples to learn from. There is also a great amount of tutorial content to make the learning curve very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could import data into mindmaps, tables, and flow charts. It would be great to put tables inside of tables. Not all shapes let you change them into other shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better document our processes, frameworks, and best practices. We can collaborate much more efficiently and our ability to clearly communicate is greately enhanced.
Miro makes it very easy to bring your ideas on to a digital board and have amazing meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy mind mapping and drawing flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if there was an option like the mind map application that you can collapse or fold the subdirectories it would be more interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my work-related documents and architectural diagrams are in Miro.
Good user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great visibility of content
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro takes quite long to load even though the internet connection is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize complex topics or create decision trees
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you look for a easy-to-use visualization tool Miro is a great solution
