A realtime board helps to facilitate our meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Miro after COVID-19 came around and our team started to work remotely. This realtime board helps keep us connected and I like that it comes in a chart-like form. I also like that you have the ability to tag people on your team with certain action items.
There is a huge amount of canvass to work with so you can create multiple charts. When I first started to use it, it did not take me too long in order to understand how to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied that you are able to still get use of Miro with a free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping connected as a team and innovating during meetings as we evolve based on the COVID-19 crisis. We are normally not used to working from home.

great online whiteboard tool
What do you like best about the product?
It gives an opportunity for different people across the organization to give input and brainstorm on topics together. I loved how easy it was to just put ideas out there and get feedback in real-time without any delay. we could onboard as many people as we wanted and create multiple boards for multiple projects
What do you dislike about the product?
it was a bit confusing when just starting up and getting to use it. I wish it was a bit easier and more intuitive and just slightly less designer focused but also just regular marketing people-focused. it can be a bit overwhelming when first starting and signing up but eventually you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we needed on online tool for a whiteboard that we could use across multiple departments. We rolled this out across marketing, sales and product and design. It worked very well and we had many people mention how much it helped them to collaborate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product, would definitely recommend. especially if you have a lot of remote teams and do a lot of remote work
Good collaborative tool

Not many tools offered but it is a nice whiteboard to work with a remote team.
Best platform for Strategy and planning
What do you like best about the product?
I found the zoomable infinite canvas and web whiteboard very handy in brainstorming /planning. We can have an overview of the big picture and granular details with the pinch of a zoom.
Now there are way many integrations which adds up to the automation and quadruples the productivity.

Blackboard service today
What do you like best about the product?
Formerly chalk, later whiteboard markers. The paintings and hieroglyphics were wiped away after the apprenticeship. Today, it is prepared stickers and post-it's in an attractive selection and colouring that promote the exchange of information online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selection of similar objects could help to reformat and rearrange them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the teacher is at the front of the blackboard and the students in rows in front of it, not all are equally close to the presented topic. This changes abruptly when students collect topics and sort them together. It becomes exciting when they work with colored comments afterwards. Green = this works for me. Red = this does not work for me. Yellow = I have a different opinion. The upcoming discussion of yellow comments helps to identify the problems behind the problems faster. On the way there, the students start to exchange their experiences with each other. Everyone benefits from this in the further course of the lesson.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before using the digital whiteboard, make sure you know what you want to collect, sort and move together. Try to go deeper when faced with obstacles, such as "where is the right tool", or content related to general statements. What helps me per "frame" are three advantages and disadvantages per topic. Whereby, and this is the real art, the board members are encouraged to think about the advantages and disadvantages of a topic.
Collaborative work: visual, fun and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. I like the brand and look and feel. It makes easier to work with remote teams. Share ideas and progress. I use it also for my personal projects. Mainly for the initial phases, when I want to land ideas, gather insights, brainstorm... It has a lot of potentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Power features for facilitators. Ej, add descriptions to a block of content that only the facilitator can see. I experienced some issues editing shapes when it was many elements on the frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work with remote teams collaboratively.
More agile.
Organise ideas. Brainstorming.
Design Thinking exercises.

Easy and super fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool to collaborate, organize your projects and use it as a tool to whiteboard
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super intuitive to use in the first instance and may look like another tool thrown at you to keep everyone updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboarding, staying organized, updating stakeholders with high-level details on team's projects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can create a more easier user onboarding by showing a few examples of well-executed boards
Best mapping modelling tool on the Market for me
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried a lot of these mapping and modelling tools and Miro is by far the best. The other all tend to have quirks and bugs (or features) that you just don't get with MIRO
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a BPMN 2.0 process mapper, but that is really a tool in itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mapping out personal goals
Love this product!
What do you like best about the product?
This has been of a tremendous help in my role. Such an easy to use, concise way of explaining to a broader team processes, conduct retrospectives and mapping customer journeys. Well done, Miro team!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have nothing that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I suck at being visual so having templates as a starting point on various use cases has been fantastic!
Perfect for continuous colaboration beyond the workshop
What do you like best about the product?
be if F2F or cloud-based the collaboration did not stop just because the workshop ended. The platform animated the teams to continue advancing their ideas, testing, refining solutions. It is great for facilitators who see their engagement as catalysts and supporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing a field that is embedded in an object is a little cumbersome. So its best to avoid all too complex objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a challenge getting consultants in varying locations and deep in customer projects to a joint location for organisational change projects. Since these programs are not a one-off or long series of workshops, but are designed to be a continuous make, test and adapt process this becomes much more of a challenge. Keeping up dynamics, involvement and transparency are paramount.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make use of the flexibility and accessibility
