A place to collaborate and ideate
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gave our team the fast environment we needed to put ideas, snippets, and ideation sessions on a board. It gave us a tool to effectively run meetings which ensured that new ideas were generated in meeting in a short time span. It also made it effective for our team to not spent hours editing on PowerPoint and Excel but to focus on the important task of getting things moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing the maps in document format was difficult and the whole process or board had to be manually converted into excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not being able to run effective meetings by giving a space where we can quickly put thoughts and rearrange them at the end of the ideation session. The built-in templates provide a direction to how the process can be thought about.
Collecting information from multiple websites is difficult and at the end of the day, you do not see a clear picture in front of you as you cant connect pieces of information effectively in PowerPoint. Miro allows that by giving you a detective's board where you can plot everything and make sense of the entire scenario.

Miro: A GREAT endless collaborative canvas option for today's modern/creative/flexible work style
What do you like best about the product?
Miro works smoothly and consistently to allow you to quickly explore ideas and build out content...from wireframe to even a completed final you can export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a (great) while, things stop responding correctly to your action and you have to F5 reload your browser. But Miro remembers exactly where you were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get my ideas across quickly by using it as a mock-up and visualization tool for storyboards, web layouts, diagrams and lots, lots more.
Great collaboration platform for single source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
One place to store all information as a single source of truth. Saved so much time rather than going through folders of documents that no one could find. Able to upload PDF documents directly onto the board. Ability to zoom at more than 4x to see details on detailed technical drawing images.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface for setting user permissions is not that intuitive. Batch locking or unlocking of groups of objects could be a problem sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work as a consultant and finding a place to lay out all the information in one single source of truth is a typical problem. Miro solves this by providing an unlimited amount of virtual whiteboard space to "pin" anything. This also serves as a reference for future because none of this content is ever taken down like a physical whiteboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has fully loaded with all the tools a business needs but it's on the high end when it comes to pricing where a small-scale business or a new venture cannot effort alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro was a lifesaver during the pandemic and we as business were able to run our business in the comfort of our homes and remotely. Also, this was able to keep our team together sharing our views, decision making and prioritizing.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for quite a number of tasks. We have some interesting Retro templates for our Agile way of working as well as using Miro for our planning and virtual team engagement.

Selection of areas to maintain is often difficult. The mouse recognition could be upgraded.

Agile and visually appealing moderation and analysis rounds
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the interface is so simple and intuitive, it has many useful templates and collaboration just became easier with the chat and video tools. Moderator superpowers allow me for a dynamic session and highlighting the contents I wish to talk through
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that the sticker notes texts become a bit small if adding too much text. Also I really like and use the tagged field to classify notes but it's hard to use many of them specially if they overlap in a visual format and there is not much chance to nest them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of remote engagement of teams and I benefit from an interactive and agile experience that includes visual thinking tools and frameworks while enabling collaboration
