The simplicity that Miro provides user. You are able to jump on and create a inertactive flow chart in a matter of minutes. Mutliple templates to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about the tool was when a white board get too croweded you can accidently move things around unintentioanlly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving multiple problems for my team. Firstly it provides a easy platform to brainstorm and data dump with my team. We can include all users at the same time. Secondly we use this to create flow charts for different projects. With the multiple tempaltes it easy to createa work flow chart.
Making it possible for remote teams to cooperate.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It is just intuitive. Dozens of templates and just adding features that improve working together, especially if the teams are remote.
I have used other tools like Mural or Lucid chart, but Miro is still the best.
I have used other tools like Mural or Lucid chart, but Miro is still the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is computer resources heavy, especially the desktop app. Finding back a board when you have many is also not super straightforward. It would be great for it to be easier to embed in Jira and google docs with two-way sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping remotes teams discuss and ideate, facilitating retros, and aligning on user flows, and collecting opinions from different people in real time. Miro makes it possible to have remote teams.
Brilliant tool, significantly improves collaboration for remote teams

The tool is intuitive, has many useful templates and allows you to organise brainstorms and facilitate creative sessions for large teams. I use it daily, and I am not sure I can even imagine my work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues. I like everything. And all my teammates think the same.

It helps to collaborate effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, not sure if i dislike anything...? May be provide options for people to draw if they connect their ipad or drawing tablets..?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the hybrid ways of working, its really helps to have a Miro board! Its helps everyone to collaborate. My colleagues also use it for their retrospectives, which is super useful.
Great to Collaborate and Ideate as a team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's collaborations features, smooth scrolling, and clean graphics make it very easy to use and unleash my creativity. It's easy to see all my teammates' updates in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterprise "admin" permissions are a big friction point. Miro doesn't tell you who to contact and it's just "contact admin" to add outside collaborators and update profile details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Graduate student pursuing Artificial Intelliogence, Miro helps me and my team brainstorm and create workflow diagrams. The open canvas ensures everyone is on the same page, literally.

Miro for Grad students
What do you like best about the product?
Visualization!
There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's very easy to see what I'm trying to brainstorm using different functions that miro has.
It's much easier to look at compared to some of the other brainstorming programs

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve.
It definately took me a while (a week-ish?) to get used to the program. It's not a get it and use it type of program.

Miro has transformed digital collaboration at my company
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been great for digital collaboration, especially in remote and hybrid environments. Being able to have boards to put all of your artifacts in one place has really helped speed up collaboration and work at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard for people to wrap their heads around the license structure, permission structure, and sharing of boards. I would say that is the only hurdle I have seen folks at my company struggle with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having a SharePoint folder for a plethora of project artifacts, we now put them all on one Miro board and you can see everything all in the same place. Plus, being able to design journey maps in a cloud-based solution has really helped people embrace the usage of journey maps in general at my company because they are so easy to view.
Miro, the best place to brainstorm ideas!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features that work together while still being very eye pleasing and uncluttered. You can quickly put a ton of ideas together in 1 place with your team and vote on which you think would work better and which not. Add comments if needed, and do so much more. Again, a ton of valuable features, but it is still eye-pleasing.
Besides the profesional way of using Miro. You can also use it to have some fun during breaks. We made a 'google image war' and it really made our whole team engage and bond together even more. This also showed us how easy it is to copy an image from your computer, browser, or any other place and then paste it into the miro board without any problem. When you have an image or other prop from Miro itself on your board it's also very easy to copy them and drag them to other places over and over again.

What do you dislike about the product?
Finding a specific tool or feature might be hard because they are tucked away or you forgot how to use them. Usually, you'll find it back rather fast. Other than that, I don't have any dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers us great ways to brainstorm ideas and think of other ways to implement ideas. It saves us a lot of time that we can then put into actually designing and creating our ideas rather than going to the sketchbook repeatedly because we didn't brainstorm well enough. Miro's tools give an easy way to put the ideas together and then vote or comment on those ideas. And as I said in the first question, it made our team bond more and work better, faster and more efficiently
