What do you like best about the product?
Over the past year of using Miro, it has become one of my most used tools and in fact, supports not only professional but also personal projects. I cannot begin to describe how excited I am about what Miro already is and what it is evolving into. Miro is not just a smart Whiteboard, it is a platform for many other tools and processes that you can seamlessly plug into it. Only over time, I realized how powerful that can be once you adapt your thinking to it. Miro is like an infinite, smart piece of paper. You can sketch out ideas, processes, concepts, and plug-in media, tools, and contents exactly when and how you need them. You can use it for powerful collaboration, you can even set up Scrum sprints including functioning Sprint Boards, integrations with developer tools and and and. I am very excited about what Miro might turn into in the future and will be an advocate for Miro for whatever organisation I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few tiny faults that I am confidence will be ironed out in future product updates. The biggest one for myself (given that I started using Miro as a Sprint board for my team) is that in the Kanban boards one cannot filter by labels and people at the point of writing this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of being too limited in online (cloud-based) solutions by the format of the tool one uses. Presentations are too chopped up, Spreadsheets are not multi-medial, project management tools are not creative. Miro allows you to set up solutions for every format need you have in the same tool
Miro makes whiteboarding easy, efficient and fun
What do you like best about the product?
Inspiring templates library, can be used for a variety of use cases, limitless board, enables collaboration, integrates with slack
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There are no animations (like in Power Point or Google Slides) where elements are shown by click, so I cannot use Miro for presentations or training.
2. Marking boards as favorites for quick access is not so intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up a new board at any impromptu moment in a meeting, enabling our team to work collaboratively on the fly. Which, means we can capture all of our thoughts and insights so clearly and quickly. So useful for planning, capturing ideas and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it's quite hard to use Miro from an accessibility point of view. I have some team members with poor eyesight who does stuggle with Miro and that can affect their confidence with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro templates to capture all ideas and discussions, I use this in our Co-Design sessions to keep us all on track and to having divergent converstations. Miro is a brilliant tool to use to map out thoughts as the emerge. I also use this for Retros, Google Sprints and Planning.
The best seamless mind mapping

What do you dislike about the product?
The problem is when sharing a part of a Miro board on Notion: users see the whole board and have to scroll and search of the part of the board they want to see
It could be great if the selected part of the board could be saved!

Great tool for product mapping features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of this product.
It allows me to easily create great product boards and shape MVP´s dashboards.
I love the sticky notes to build the customer journey, epics and stories titles so I can place together the whole scope of the project in just one view.
I find it quite useful to use a colour code in my notes and easily share them with stakeholders to be aligned while I can receive feedback through the comments.
I also appreciate the dimension of the board to be able to work on just one massive page if needed.
The bulk action is also very worthy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes believe the panel of tools is not as easy to use; sometimes, I select an option (text, sticky note, icons, arrows, etc.), but then the system is not picking up my choice, so I need to repeat it.
Something that bothers me is that I can not copy and paste with the mouse, and I need to go with control v

It also makes it easy to align requirements between teams and users and flag any unclear points before starting the project.

Intiuitive platform for team collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Miro is how easy to use and intuitive it is - It did not take long to get me proficient, and now I can collaborate with my colleagues much more creatively, which is excellent. I like how Miro enables every colleague to contribute to the discussion through engaging visualizations, making the meetings more dynamic and effective. I am also using Miro individually to create mind maps and visualize my thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be even easier to create visually appealing graphs and infographics to present data that could be exported to decks for stakeholders. The zoom feature could be even improved to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, I need to work with stakeholders spread over the world, and its not easy to get the collaboration and creativity flowing with the tools I have used so far (MS Teams, Zoom). Miro solved this issue and made collaboration more fun and engaging.
Used fof SAFe PI planning with 125 staff and all went well with no issues. Very impressed.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for all staff to interact with the board simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Miro in conjunction with MS Teams which is a little clunky but workable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to engage with a large audience while working in a remote environment.
