Powerful tool for mapping out your project ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro offers an enormous "free space," and its functionalities are pretty simple to grasp. I consider it a premium tool for designing flowcharts and moodboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the browser version could be adapted better to touchscreen laptops. I also think it should allow more high-quality exports for non-premium accouns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving multiple problems when it comes to designing projects and implementing projects in a team, and is especially useful in meetings and brainstorming sessions, as well as when planning your own projects and/or campaigns
Miro is a versatile tool that one needs during day to day work.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's versatility! You can use it for brainstorming with the team, during retros, for planning, creating workflows, and last but not least, drawing fancy architectural diagrams, which is my personal favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned it is a versatile tool that brings some complexity to using it especially when you are new to the platform. I think the tools menu could be further improved by making it more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote-first team, therefore, Miro is so crucial for us for all kinds of collaboration. We use it for our brainstorming sessions, during our retrospective meetings, and for keeping track of their outcomes. Most of our architectural diagrams are also created on Miro, as well as, all of our process workflows.
Pointless ventillation is over, time for Miro workshops that actually solve problems
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it super easy to collaborate in a hybrid work environment, and allows teams to work together on projects, interactive workshops with ridiculous ease. The possibilities for use are almost endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my only request would be different shaped post it notes. Most of the features I am missing are available in the paid tier, and me and quite a few of my colleagues are petitioning to get a paid subscription for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning became a lot more visual and easier to track with Miro.
We also started running interactive workshops, which often are a lot more actionable than face to face meetings, which can end up becoming ventillation sessions that have no use. We also found that by using Miro for workshops we can get a much more diverse range of opinions, as more introverted people are a lot more likely to contribute than in a face to face meeting, where the extroverts can run the show.

A truly collaborative experience to generate ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like that boards are endless - the tools at my disposal to create content and information are rich and easy to use, and the collaboration is smooth and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a holistic view is very hard due to low readability when zooming out. When many people are on the board at the same time it can be a bit confusing especially if people start dragging your attention someplace else when you're in the middle of something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is providing space to generate learning solutions visually and collaboratively, which benefits the team as the results can be seen and worked on by everyone immediately.
An easy to use collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to manage complex and collaborative ideas and get feedback immediately saving valuable time while managing projects. I love getting access to hundreds of templates which make it even easier to conceptualise a meeting making it effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Grouping objects might be challenging.
2) Templates need to be indexed better - adding keywords can work
3) Organising my boards is complicated. I would rather have folders instead of projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, collaboration, conceptualising is much easier. Teamwork is easier, so it helps to increase productivity.
Amazing tool for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a fantastic tool in our business, allowing our Digital team to collaborate, ideate, engage, and have fun along the way!
With COVID restrictions at play, we had to shift to 100% remote working, and Miro has ensured we're still able to have the 'big room' planning and ideation sessions which once were in person - are now possible online.
I'd still classify myself as a beginner with Miro, but I love the templates and Miroverse, where you can find awesome, engaging tools to take your Miro board to the next level!

What do you dislike about the product?
As a newbie, I often find myself mistakenly moving a larger frame on the board, I think as board creators we have to get better at locking down our elements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my remote team to collaborate together in real time during our squad retrospectives. This once boring agile ceremony is now a fun and engaging session which we look forward to!
Easy, intuitive software, perfect for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Software feels instant, snappy, can guess how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scrolling through documents that have a Miro board embedded, sometimes the scroll focus switches to the Miro board and pans the focus of the board away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy, fast, responsive white board/planning software that is easy to share with colleagues.
Collaboration made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, love to use for brainstorming and sharing updates on the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Our IT department will not allow us to integrate with other tools, like JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for sprint planning, retrospectives, brainstorming and workflows.
Makes brainstroming so much fun !!!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has totally redefined brainstorming and idea collaboration and added a new dimension to it. From democratizing the ideation discussions to immersive whiteboards, Miro provides best in class idea management platform. The community support is also highly active and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The is nothing to hate or dislike about the product, as it does more than what it says.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has really improved the idea ideation process and the efficiency of brainstorming discussions. It is the best knowledge management platform that we could have asked for.
Good collaborative platform with a number of useful apps and lots of out-of-the-box integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly get a group of folks up and running and collaborating together on brainstorming, drawing, designing or discussing with a ton of great support from the Miro user community and lots of templates to start with in the app itself and hosted on Miroverse
What do you dislike about the product?
A number of the objects such as the mindmap provide limited functionality when compared with "real" solutions focused on these capabilities. So long as you manage your expectations around the richness of such features, it isn't an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an easy-to-use, flexible platform to enable dispersed team members to collaborate in real-time or asynchronously. For us, Miro has been the answer to being able to deliver our in person courses virtually by hosting their exercises on separate Miro boards.
