  • December 25, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is an interactive and visual platform that brings teams together from around the world. It's great for collaborating on projects, planning and organizing tasks, and having virtuall whiteboard discussions.
It also has userful integrations and powerful collaboration tools, making it easier for teams to stay efficient, organized and on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the most significant drawbacks to Miro is that it can be a bit overwhelming for beginners, as it has so many features and functionality. I'd thank an intuitive tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate using Miro for collaborative tasks and brainstorming. The platform allows us to break down silos and collaborate more effectively.
It also provides useful features like task management and project timelines, which help track progress.
The Live Chat and Video Conferencing features are perfect for having meetings and keeping conversations flowing.

  • December 25, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro streamlines how projects are discussed and managed, allowing multiple users to work simultaneously in the same virtual workspace. It means Miro is the best representation of what a virtual office should be.
It is user friendly, powerful, intuitive and competent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may not like how Miro requires all members to be online at the same time in order to interact and collaborate truly. It has interesting features and imitates an office, but I would appreciate a little better offline interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Increasing collaboration in a remote working environment through its virtual whiteboards makes it easier for teams to ideate and share resources.
-Facilitating project organization through the ability to create structures.
-Becoming a comprehensive online workspace.
-Streamlining communication with an intuitive chat feature.
-Automating processes and saving time and resources.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like some of Miro's characteristics:
-It is cloud-based.
-It is inexpensive.
-Its tools for creating visual timelines to monitor progress.
-It integrates whit many other software solutions, making it easier to maintain a consistent workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be difficult to navigate at times: its goal is to unify various project components, but it can sometimes be hard to understand all of the features and how to access them.
It would be nice to have more tutorials or an update to improve the navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is my invaluable tool to help streamline processes and create higher levels of efficiency. With it, I can keep track of the workflow process and tasks that need to be completed, and team members can see it.
And Miro's analytics features have been perfect for knowing the overall performance of projects, allowing me to make informed decisions.

Exploring Miro's collaborative platform

  • December 25, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has an amazing thing: it allows users to collaborate in real-time from anywhere and anywhen, eliminating the need for office meetings or lengthy email chains.
The platform is easy to navigate, and the drag-and-drop interface is friendly for anyone. It makes it simple to create visual material for presentations.
And I have to appreciate how Miro is designed to help teams plan, manage and optimize processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is fantastic, but it lacks some features and customization options on its mobile app. This means that users are limited in how they can customize the platform to suit their unique needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create visual representations of complex processes and data. Thanks to this, teams can understand how workflow changes will affect the whole organization, reducing the risk of errors.
So I can make decisions, implement them easily and get better results for improving efficiency within the organization.

Cool and Powerful collaboration tool for Project Management

  • December 25, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have integrated Miro with Teams as an Add-On. Wherever possible, we are using the whiteboard feature in Complete flexible, collaborative Environment. It's beneficial for remote work as well. Its Integration with Jira is very simple and makes the entire Project management as smooth as possible. As a customer support representative, it's very useful for tracking Change Requests and Service Requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report, if we have different pricing models that will be helpful for Freelancers and Entrepreniers. If Add-On is available for Zoom Meetings also, that will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best tool to express our Ideas, Collaborations, workplace sketches, and Graphical representations of Business ideals and Cloud Infrastructure.
It's Helping me to focus and Ensure that projects are completed in a Planned Structure and Organized manner. Its Visual representation of Cloud -Infrastructructures are simple superbb!!

Essential collaboration tool for remote and hybrid teams

  • December 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For the teams I work with, Miro has completely replaced whiteboards, and become an essential tool wherever we need complete flexibility in a collaborative environment.
We use it a lot for ideation sessions, brainstorming work, for benchmarking and gathering screenshots, for objective setting and for visual product roadmaps.
We also use it for exploring team configurations in a visual way.
Remote work would be a lot more challenging without Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a large organisation actively using Miro it can become challenging to organise all the boards, and it seems that they can sometimes sprawl out.
Any tool could suffer this challenge, but it feels like without active management, it's possible to generate a lot of old and out-of-date content.
Also, for more formal documentation like RFCs, architectural decision documents, onboarding documents etc where we don't need the realtime group collaboration features of Miro we tend to use alternative more document-centric and database-linked collaboration platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives our remote and hybrid teams high-quality, collaborative, persistent workspaces to share ideas and work together.
We are more productive in our calls.
It's easy to use, and onboarding is straight-forward while still having enough depth for power-users.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps team members to collaborate efficiently in team workshops and meetings and pitching ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while searching or going through Miro boards we click and some items move up and down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially in team workshops, the tool is quite helpful in working collaboratively. Also the boards are available to work in the future as agile developments.

Making Projects Manageable

  • December 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I would like that Miro gives me a user-friendly interface with plenty of features that make collaborating with my team members simple and efficient. I also appreciate that it is a cloud-based platform, meaning I can access my project from anywhere.
And Miro has interesting integrations that I use, allowing me to manage multiple projects simultaneously easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Miro does not yet have a complete mobile app. This means I must access the platform from my laptop or desktop computer to manage my projects properly.
And the free version does not offer access to all the features and integrations available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's benefits for my job include:

-Improved collaboration and communication as I can access the platform from anywhere and share ideas with my team.

-Increased productivity as I can track progress and provide feedback.

-Simplified design thinking as the customizable whiteboard environment is perfect for creative processes.
