The Most Reliable Collaboration Software.
What do you like best about the product?
This software has made it more easier and simple to create and organize online meetings and trainings for team members. You can organise and communicate your views with other members in the same facility as well as same remotely.
Another aspect is that this application is incredibly intuitive and user friendly to us as a company and more so to our customers. With this collaboration the software has created, we can keep well and maintain the privacy of customer's data or information.
When it comes to online collaboration and training software, Miro takes charge. It has got a very comprehensive online training video library and this helps you to create your own board without involving the team behind this platform. This saves you a lot of time and resources. Through this product, there's a lot of improvement on communication and this has made it easier for everyone in the organisation to work from the same information without getting confused.

Nothing yet to note down as a downside, most of the challenges we encountered were well settled by the supporting staff behind this software. So far we're sorted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's an easy way to visualize aspects of a project, pipeline, or any set of ideas. It is intuitive to use, and works exactly in the way I expect every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not the best tool for visualizing your ideas. Since it is built around a more flowchart-like structure, needing to visualize anything not like that can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solves the problem of being able to work on a single mind-map/diagram at the same time seamlessly. Having multiple people working on it instead of just watching one person do it is much more productive.

Very easy and intuitive. We can manage all project management and flowcharts. With this, I save time on work activities.

Some very important functions are paid. And because of that, I can't access the full potential of the tool.

What I didn't like about Miro is that sometimes it takes a little while to load or update all the necessary information, but I believe it could also be due to the internet.

Incredible and intuitive experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Platform is very intuitive and easy to use, with all the tools at hand and practical to handle, certainly the best in the field with various new features for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is very good and perfect, but not having this in Portuguese hinders a bit for users who are not proficient in English, and the price is quite high for the platform, which is a shame.

We use it to define strategies and actions within the business, flow designs, marketing, brainstorming, and action plan controls with our team and collaborators.
