The perfect solution for remote collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro for all the amazing features it offers! Using it remotely was something I did prior to the pandemic. During those challenging times of social distance and limited physical interaction, Miro proved to be an invaluable asset to our collaboration efforts. With the improved prioritization and decision making enabled by this app, success was more achievable despite the geographical distance - which speaks volumes about how useful this platform is! For this reason alone, I'm trying to convince my employer to unlock its full potential by upgrading from the free edition to the business edition so we can create even more boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Miro's lack of support for documents with multiple formats and its inability to effectively manage different dimensions. Also, it can be difficult to navigate the site without a mouse. While there are several templates that provide helpful guidance when using this program, more comprehensive options would be welcomed by users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate more efficiently with my remote team members. It makes it feel like we're all in the same room brainstorming ideas by providing us with a shared whiteboard-like space that allows for real-time visualization and interactive discussion.

I like that Miro is cloud-based and that everyone can see the changes in real time. I like that multiple people can collaborate at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish miro boards would have layers of items that when you clicked on did not need an option to be edited. Also make objects moveable only, instead of editable

Miro allows us to create interactive exercises using design thinking to help clients solve complex problems.

flexible plataform, easier to create templates using the resources avaliable, gather and ilustrate ideas to help the team work more agile . Also really easy to work with PDF format

the least helpful or that i didnt like is the high memory consume of pc making the software slow to start and freeze sometimes, the lateral menu could be better some tools was hard to identify

i like all the options avaliable like the designer part, colaborate templates and opportunity of edit, i can centralize design, roadmap docs and even prototypes of my squad

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because I can do many different things in it, including with my work team. We were able to work together and be more productive using Miro. Compared to others, Miro manages to be more intuitive and faster to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't really like about Miro is the look of things, it could be a little better, if you want your boards to be more visually attractive it takes a lot longer to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro I can be more productive and I can organize my ideas and make a mental map. I also like documenting research on Miro, it's a place where I can post images I find, texts, and make notes about each item.
Freehand by InVision
What do you like best about the product?
Freehand by InVision is easy to use as anyone can pick up Freehand and start using right away. Multiple people can work together by which brainstorming, ideation are easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freehand by InVision lacks some features such as wireframing and prototyping. When working with large documents it becomes slow and unresponsive many times. The paid plans of freehand are quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freehand solves the problem of Collaboration as multiple people can work together at same time. Freehand also allows to integrate with other tools like Sketch, Photoshop. It is flexible as it can be used for a variety of purposes such as brainstorm new ideas, create presentations.
