Ingenious
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most useful, inventive, and easy-to-use platforms that you can have for any project, whether it's for your work or personal endeavors. The ease with which it integrates many features from other platforms and formats (pdf, images, videos), along with the option of an infinite canvas, as well as the functionalities to communicate and collaborate with your team in real time, are simply fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal case, I primarily work with journey maps and brainstorms for projects in my field. However, I find it difficult to import information from platforms like Figma or Invision easily. Additionally, when I use the built-in video calling features within the application, the canvas I'm working on starts to lag, making the work on the platform slower. The same issue arises when I give a presentation as the elements on the canvas don't load properly or freeze. I feel that these functions need optimization, as well as the exporting features, which should be more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to bring ideas and work from different formats into one place is a great advantage. Additionally, compared to its competitors, it offers communication options with other team members within the same platform. This reduces the friction that can occur in workflows and enhances collaboration among team members. Indeed, one of the best features is that the canvas has no limits. This allows you to freely expand and explore your ideas without being constrained by space or size limitations. The unlimited canvas provides flexibility and freedom for brainstorming, organizing information, and visualizing concepts without worrying about running out of space. It is a valuable aspect that enhances creativity and supports the development of comprehensive and detailed projects.
What an Incredible Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Wow, I must say it impressed me a lot, my colleague from the company had already told me, but when I used it, it exceeded my expectations, everything is at your fingertips and intuitive, very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very professional and easy-to-use tool, but the price is very high and that is a point to improve, and there is another point as well, there is no translation into Portuguese, which makes it a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Manager called me and asked to sign up and log in to Miro, and we did brainstorming, mappings all online and at the same time, without needing the conventional post-it.
A great unique and intuitive experience
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in your hands, all the tools are very intuitive and easy to work with, everything is organized and designed for what we are going to do, without needing to move much for your application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look, everything is very good with Miro, but the price is the main reason for it, it's not cheap at all, the translation is also another difficulty I found with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we use Miro for almost everything in my field of work, such as flowcharts, tracking that project, brainstorming for workflow utilization.
Essential
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and can handle almost any situation you throw at it. It places no bounds upon your creative method and can be easily shared with other team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a little high, the organisation of boards is atrocious and I sometimes feel like I am using only a fraction of the functionality which makes me think a cheaper, simpler alternative would do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shaping disparate pieces of information into a shared view of the world. Its great for people to bring in whatever sources they have from whatever tool and turning them into something new.
Great for the visual planner
What do you like best about the product?
Miro keeps releasing enhancements and connections that only make the UX better. I love using it with my teams to visually mock-up ideas, teach/learn, and plan out what's next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The elements on the page can get confusing, with arrow predictions not being correct, for instance. New team members have a learning curve to get to used to the navigation as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve our need for one place to collaborate on multiple projects, ideas, and initiatives cross-departmentally. This is helping ease content control and understanding.
Best tool for brainstorming and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Miro can be used for remote meetings and creative sessions. I'm very impressed with its precision when it comes to features like voting icons, notepads, photo uploads, etc. Real-time visibility into participant activity makes facilitating virtual meetings a breeze. Whenever I need to generate ideas or conduct research projects, Miro will always be my go-to tool. Not only does it offer multiple templates for convenient work, but it also maintains an artistic air that allows creativity to flourish effortlessly during productivity hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike how Miro places a character limit on text fields, preventing us from writing as much detail about our ideas. Additionally, the inability to use inactive boards is very inconvenient and I get frustrated when I have to move multiple post-its at once - it's time consuming and cumbersome to document each note moving event separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found Miro to be an incredibly useful tool for collaboration and problem solving. It makes it easier for me to efficiently brainstorm ideas, develop diagrams or models that accurately address the issues at hand, plan strategies, and take actionable notes to streamline processes faster than ever before.
A great tool and idea companion
What do you like best about the product?
The whole platform is very user-friendly. I use it to facilitate workshops and it has been a blast. My workshop participants, although of very different profiles, always understand the platform... and the most important thing is that they enjoy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Miro directly from Chrome, the Windows app has never worked for me.
Another thing that it is not something that I dislike, but it would be great if they have templates and resources in Spanish.

Great tool for strategy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Making roadmaps is easy and it's very intuitive to move projects around in swimlanes. I like to collaborate with my team for brainstorming sessions as well. Keep up the great work!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of hard to use the emojis. I know they are there but it's a bit difficult. This is really important for making empathy maps.
I also feel like my miro boards quickly look very disorganized. It would be great if there was an auto-tidy feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro is a powerful tool that can be used for multiple purposes, such as planning my day or generating ideas. It provides pre-designed templates with content that I can easily use as building blocks to spark creativity and get tasks done quickly. With its mind mapping feature, I can link documents together in real time, while also searching external sources for inspiration when needed. This would come in handy when reviewing old procedures and preparing for an upcoming exam!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Miro does not have a plugin or add-on similar to SketchUp, as this would be of great benefit to planners and architects. Without such support, we are limited to discussing possible collaborations via Zoom to increase our productivity during development sessions, rather than actually working together on designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Miro to solve UX challenges by bringing together people from different departments. The main benefit for me was having all the relevant information in one place, making it easier and faster for everyone on the team to access what they need.

Its intuitive interface combined with a myriad of options for visual collaboration like sticky notes, templates, and mind maps greatly enhances our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, the learning curve can be a bit steep for beginners and the application can occasionally feel sluggish with complex boards. However, the benefits of Miro's expansive feature set and ability to bring teams closer together, regardless of location, far outweigh these minor setbacks.

This visual collaboration tool has made brainstorming sessions more interactive and fruitful, thanks to its features like sticky notes, freehand drawing, and pre-built templates. The ability to visualize ideas and tasks improves our understanding and speeds up decision-making processes.
