An Essential Tool I've Used Almost Daily for Two Years
What do you like best about the product?
In the diverse roles I fulfill within the IT Production Technology Department, Miro has become an indispensable tool due to its versatility, ease of use, and capacity to streamline communication. I perform various functions including software engineering, project management (including Agile and Scrum methodologies), internal consultation, business planning, system operations management, education, workshops, and more. In all these areas, Miro has proved itself invaluable, providing an easy way to visually represent information and draw out essential details for both myself and my colleagues.
I've been using Miro for over two years. The platform’s features and usability have consistently met my expectations.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are a few areas where Miro could improve. For instance, when pasting long texts into Miro's sticky notes, the text can overlap and become unreadable during editing. This issue often arises when importing text files to Miro for work since there's no feature to directly upload text files. If Miro could allow for the direct uploading and natural display of text files, the tool would be near perfect. Despite this minor limitation, Miro continues to be a vital asset in managing my diverse responsibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my department fully remote work environment, Miro has been instrumental in enhancing our communication during meetings and collaborative work. Being able to collaboratively draw diagrams in real-time has proven invaluable in addressing and resolving issues as they arise. This capability to see, draw, and discuss within a unified workspace in real-time reduces misunderstandings, aligns our perceptions, and based on our collective experience, seems to lead to more efficient task completion. Thus, Miro has become an essential part of our everyday work and a critical component of our remote work infrastructure.
Over the course of my usage, I've interacted with approximately 50 people using Miro. Despite the varying technological capabilities and preferences of these individuals, Miro's user-friendly interface has consistently facilitated effective collaboration and efficient communication. This extensive reach is another testament to Miro's versatility and its crucial role in our remote working ecosystem.

I don't like the fact that you cannot copy paste from one board to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very productive in the sense that no regular meetings and it has reduced tremendously the flow of emails as a form of communication.
Easy and fun!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do workshops and brainstorming while collaborating with other contributors using stickies, simple lines and shapes tools, and other fun plug-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about Freehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to collaborate with other team members and easily share our thoughts through comments and stickies. We can even use it for ice-breaker to build and improve relationship among team members.
It's great. Kinda.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reposit and collaborate in one spot, from any device. Its infinitiely flexible and customizable, just like a real whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability, refresh. We've overwhelmed the content more than once, causing repeat reload "whoops" messages. At that point its unuseable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its creating breadcrumb history of development on key projects and a place to located them. We can review how we attacked earlier projects easily and reuse/repurpose & reference things that are normally deleted from our process.
A great whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to be used in a large amount of different ways for a variety of teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the specific features within freehand may be a bit clunky for inexperienced tech users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me and my team an easy way to consistently collaborate with each other, as well as make us more productive in a more efficient manner over time.
An efficient tool to collaborate with team members
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an effective tool, in my experience, for team collaboration. Visual ideas are simple to produce and share because of its large canvas area, a substantial collection of pre-made themes, and a user-friendly interface. Keyboard shortcuts that are very adaptable, simple to use, and intuitive let people quickly add objects to the board. My approach to defining and organizing complicated tasks has been much improved by Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much about Miro that I don't enjoy. Perhaps it's simply that certain boards take a very long time to load, the app occasionally crashed, and the material occasionally loads a bit slowly compared to the amount of text and images that are linked to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps talk about projects to discuss issues that need to be resolved. It makes it simple for me to work together with other team members to do user research or brainstorm. While working remotely, collaboration might be difficult, but Miro has made it much simpler to communicate ideas
Miro is an excellent project collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Retro drawings are easy to find and can be incorporated directly into single resources on the whiteboard, referencing names and sometimes dates. In addition, it is possible for you to "erase" notes, this makes it possible for colleagues to review which parts of the notes should be outstanding based on the opening notes. Excellent for process representation, as it provides you with a tool that allows you to flexibly associate visuality features, change the shapes, size and layout of the designs, etc. Easy to start a new board and use impromptu for a class so that attendees can ask questions/ideas, observe live how other participants are contributing and then review all the work presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at the Board in general, it seems huge at first, with its undersized content. Although it is helpful to showcase the amount of space it has for its content to enlarge in scope, a dynamic sized map would be easier to use. The suffrage is hand-driven and could possibly be implemented for meetings in which attendees would like staff members to vote on a concept, a proposed creation, or questions that teammates would like to raise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is used to collaborate on the development of the next project within the complete product collection. It allows staff members to make alterations live and easily and to follow other staff members during the demonstration. It has also been used for the purpose of distributing design concepts and allowing critique from both inside and outside stakeholders, without the need for extensive and complicated permissions to view the material. Ad hoc, it is used as a visualization tool for the purpose of figures such as flowcharts, a list of things to do and the map of how the work is executed.
The Reliable Modern Online Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an easy to use application which doesn't require much training to understand. It's a good tool especially on projects, collaboration and ideation. It has unique features on its dashboard one could need for collaborative brainstorming. Through Miro we can now collaborate with other employees and clients from wherever they are at any particular time. I love the fact that digitization of the whiteboard helps get ideas flowing. This product on the other hand has the ability to move sticky notes around, connect them with lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a daily user, I haven't experienced any downsides from this amazing platform. The most challenges we experienced during installation were resolved by the supporting behind this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through this platform, as an organisation we have managed to work with remote employees and shared a lot of tasks.
