Leveraging Miro for Collaborative Success at IKEA
What do you like best about the product?
The most commendable feature of Miro is its capability for real-time collaboration which resonates well with IKEA's emphasis on teamwork. The intuitive interface allows team members from various business units to contribute seamlessly, making brainstorming sessions much more dynamic and inclusive. The wide array of templates aids in structuring our projects efficiently, and the visual nature of Miro aligns perfectly with IKEA’s commitment to clear and effective communication.

While Miro serves as a robust collaborative platform, there are a few areas of improvement that would make the tool even more effective within IKEA's environment. Some users have noted occasional latency issues during peak usage, which can disrupt the flow of collaboration in real-time sessions. What do you like best about the product?
Miro presents itself as a platform suitable for any type of organization, with a very useful online interface and the ability to use the app to always have everything under control. The use of templates allows for a practical and quick solution for almost all operations to be performed. The auto-link system of various shapes for creating charts and diagrams is excellent. Another great service is the ability to implement functions and integrate your own actions. Perfect for project implementation plans and work plan execution. A tool to use frequently, every day. Customer support is valid, according to other reviews, I haven't had the chance to test it yet, but I will.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the free plan slightly limiting, 3 workspaces are few and a very small business like mine cannot afford a paid plan at the moment.

Miro is helping my small business in the development of a video game with a remote colleague. Thanks to Miro, we can easily keep track of all the ToDo lists and the various information collected as development progresses. The multimedia file management system is excellent, making everything lightweight and manageable even from the app.
