Excellent Visualization and Usability, Needs More Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The linkages that I can create among different items and visualize it all in one go is the best feature. Effective usability is one other good aspect of Miro board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Miro can allow integration with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira in order to ease out the process of planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a strategy during Release planning is one the major problems that Miro allows me to solve and look at it in a timeline view is helpful.
Excellent Collaboration Tools, But Default Font Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative toolkit, it perfectly caters to my needs as a product manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default font is too heavy that makes Miro-projects more clunky, compared to FigJam. I'd go with a softer approach with defaults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is perfect for distributed teams, just like in my case. It helps the teams align and collaborate in real time.
Effortless Collaboration and PDF Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I can share a board with anyone without them having an account. I love using it to create pdf documents of hand-written material that I can access later. I love that multiple people can be on the board at the same time and it is not laggy. Love the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did it lose the "bring everyone to me" feature? I can't find it anymore. Sometimes it seems to misunderstand when I want to drag something. I have to try multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to have a place to collaboratively handwrite on a board with people across the country. I'm using it for math and physics which need drawings and handwriting to collaborate quickly.

Easiest and Most Efficient for Mind Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro as it has become an integral tool in my workflow for over a year, primarily aiding in brain dumping and planning future projects. I discovered it in a class and mastermind group for presentations, and since then, its versatile functionalities have been highly beneficial for my business endeavors. I appreciate how Miro stands out as the easiest and most efficient platform compared to other tools I considered like Canva and monday.com. Its flexibility allows me to quickly get all my thoughts out without distractions and provides a single spot to revisit and expand on those thoughts. The ability to move, copy, and paste ideas into new mind maps and organize them into categories has streamlined my work process tremendously. Miro offers me the space to jot down ideas in any order and return to them easily, allowing me to explore new ideas without losing sight of the original concepts. Overall, its robust features ensure I manage and develop my ideas effectively, warranting a 10 out of 10 recommendation likelihood from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I found it wasn't quite as intuitive as I expected when I first started setting it up. It required some Google searches to fully understand and get it going.","It took me a minute to figure out how to drop in word boxes that included links and other elements.","It's a little hard to move around on Miro, so it could be more user-friendly for clicking and dragging."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to quickly brain dump ideas and organize thoughts without distraction, providing one place to expand them later.

Smooth Team Onboarding, Effortless Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for about a year, primarily to map out content strategies and launch plans. Initially, it was a bit challenging to get started with, but once I got the hang of it, I found Miro to be super simple and straightforward. I appreciate how it efficiently lays everything out, making it easy for my team to use, especially for big launches. Compared to other platforms, Miro stood out as the easiest to adopt. The onboarding process was smooth for the entire team, taking just a couple of days to feel comfortable with it, after which it became very easy to navigate. Miro plays a significant role in visualizing our content management across different platforms, and its ease of use in mapping out calendars and phases of launches is commendable. I find Miro's arrows feature particularly useful, as it provides a clear path to follow, enhancing our workflow and productivity. The availability of an AI tool that can assist in building out the board better is also a promising aspect that I look forward to utilizing more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the learning curve quite challenging when I first started using Miro. It was pretty difficult to get used to initially, although it has become easier over time. Additionally, I tend to prefer processing information in list format while Miro's board primarily offers a mapping experience, which can be a bit of an adjustment for my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize and map out content strategies and launch plans efficiently. It simplifies team collaboration by providing a clear path with its arrow feature and effectively manages content across different platforms, enhancing our workflow and productivity.
