Pratical to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I work with T.I. in Obra Social Dom Bosco - Itaquera, from Brazil. We use a dashboard to put some important informations that help us in our routine. Miro is really pratical to use and fast, so when i need some information ASAP, Miro really helps me. To put the informations we use flash cards and lot of tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro could have a tool that downloads the dashboard to use it offline, just for view, not necessary modify it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a confident place to put some important information, and we believe that miro meet our demands.
Easy to use and organize my work
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very intuitive tool—simple and easy to use. I appreciated that I didn’t need to watch countless tutorials to understand how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance may be affected during collaborative sessions with multiple users or on boards containing a large amount of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our tasks more visual and helps us organize and prioritize them effectively. It’s also useful for documenting changes we’ve made, using a timeline.
The Best Witebord Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s integration with Power BI and Azure DevOps. By connecting Miro to Power BI, we can visualize data insights directly within our boards, bringing clarity and context to our planning sessions. The integration with Azure DevOps has been a game changer for our development teams—linking work items, tracking progress, and syncing updates directly from Miro helps us stay aligned and agile, for everyday use!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, getting used to how layers work in Miro was a bit of a stumbling block. Unlike traditional design tools where layers are more explicitly managed, Miro’s approach feels more subtle and, at times, unintuitive. It’s easy to accidentally click on or move the wrong object, especially in dense boards with multiple elements overlapping. Without clear indicators or a dedicated layer panel, managing visibility and interaction between elements can slow things down or cause frustration.

Miro is no longer just a whiteboard for us—it’s become a central hub for strategic thinking, operational execution, and creative collaboration. Highly recommend it for any team serious about working smarter and staying connected.
There are many brainstorming tools, but there is only one Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Miro the most are the templates. I can quickly pull together a Roadmap, Workflow diagram, or collaborate and riff with employees on the fly. I'm loving to see the growth with AI and hope to see more in the future. My team has benefitted from integrations with Jira that support our ongoing backlog practices and increase our overall efficiency, allowing us to take ideas to action quickly. It's a core tool in my Product Manager toolbox that I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more AI being used when it comes to template creation. Being able to spill out ideas for a board and have it curate a template that's accurate and exactly what I need would be astonishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being fully remote since Covid, Miro brings that whiteboard session and the dynamics of a fluid convo around that type of team engagement to life.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Realtime collaboration, flexible, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have more alternatives, shapes, templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and team aligment
Fantastic Collaborative Tool – A Game Changer for UX Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro! It’s an amazing collaborative platform that’s intuitive, easy to use, and incredibly versatile. Whether you're brainstorming, mapping user journeys, planning projects, or holding remote workshops, Miro makes it seamless to work together in real time.
It’s especially great for teams that need to visualize ideas quickly without the complexity of traditional design software. While it might not replace pixel-perfect tools like Figmafor detailed UI work, it more than makes up for that with its flexibility and speed. For most collaborative design and planning tasks, it’s all you need.
Highly recommend for remote teams, product managers, designers, and anyone who works visually!

What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the presentation mode. While Miro offers a way to create and navigate through frames like slides, it doesn't quite match the polish or control of dedicated presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides. Transitions can feel clunky, and it lacks some of the features you'd expect for delivering a truly professional presentation. It's great for informal team walkthroughs, but if you're presenting to clients or executives, you might find it a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro takes the chaos out of teamwork by giving everyone—no matter where they are—a shared, endlessly flexible whiteboard to brainstorm, plan, and align in real time. Instead of juggling scattered notes, slide decks, and chat threads, we dump everything onto one canvas, so no idea slips through the cracks. It speeds up decision-making by keeping context right alongside our sketches and wireframes, and it even smooths handoffs by linking to tools like Figma or Jira. In short, Miro turns disjointed back-and-forth into a single collaborative flow, saving us countless meetings and getting our best work out the door faster.
Practical and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
Having multiple options as templates and being free to create my own is great. It helps me adapt the media to the idea I'm building.
