Excellent application for facilitation

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like to work with Miro when conducting group dynamics, I believe it allows teams to integrate and fosters synergy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to download the template where you have worked, if it is very large, it cannot be viewed properly. There should be an option to reduce the scale or rearrange it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are working as a team and there are points that require our attention because we need to overcome them, we work on them in Miro.

The problem is shown, brainstorming is noted, priorities are set, and we arrive at the answer; this is how we tackle the problem.

Ease of collaboration and flow structuring for digital products

  • April 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
synchronous and synchronous collaborative tools, good tool for flowchart design, brainstorming, many templates available, which saves time and helps in daily tasks, customization of frames, integration with Azure for easier management and a more user-friendly view of project cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few options for wireframes for prototyping, could have a tool like "Canvas Frame" where you drag an image and it automatically adjusts to the mockup size. No integration with Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For interdepartmental collaboration activities, brainstorming, process mapping, discovery and ideation of features, project timeline structuring, and low to medium complexity prototyping for individual and collective situations

  • April 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for a variety of things, but I've found process mapping, brainstorming, and org charting to be where I have used it most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potentially the learning curve could be steep for someone that comes from a typical Visio/Office based UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org planning, Process mapping for enterprise service management, Brainstorming with the team on various items including product solutioning and retros

Necessary for collaboration

  • April 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate on ideas with a team: we can brainstorm ideas for storytelling to prepare a presentation. We can also work with stakeholders who are not designers to refine a design concept. It's so versatile. We can also do prioritization sessions, planning and various remote workshops. We would not be able to do our work without Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it may be tricky to add stakeholders who belong to another group within the company. We can still add people as visitors though, so it is not so much a problem. Generally speaking, I don't dislike anything. The latest new feature to select slides in the right order for a presentation is a great improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to bring everyone together remotely to work: it's like being in the same room physically; except that it makes our job even easier since we do not need to digitalize anything like after a physical workshop. It's so helpful to work as a team on a presentation: the storytelling is twice easier, and we are sure to be all aligned.

Easy And Efficient

  • April 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so intuitive to use. As a consultancy we need to show workflows and processes to clients all the time and we have found Miro is by far the best solution. The functionality is easy to understand and straightforward, for myself making the boards and for the ones reading them. It has made a routine
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting frames and duplicating boards is not easy or straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us make clear diagrams for business workflows to show clients. We are able to have clarity on processes and built visual diagramms quickly and easilt without wasting time on them.

Makes collaboration easy and seamless

  • April 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the board expands infinitely so you can combine a high-level everything-at-once glance overview with going into as much detail as you need
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to see what a board is about if you're coming to it without context, but that's more how people structure their boards than the tool itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform for cross-functional teams to collaborate, a place to have a shared and up-to-date source of truth
We recently used the new Table to create a research repository - solving the problem of finding a tool that can include comprehensive info without having to onboard our team onto a new tool

Miro offers unique capabilities for strategic brainstorming and planning, making it easy to communicate complex ideas, roadmaps, and timelines. It's fun and easy to work with, inspiring you for new advancements every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tends to get slow on occassion.
Also, there's no easy way to reach customer support via email (i.e. to send a screenshot of a bug, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes complexity and frustration from strategic planning and cross-team communications
