Effortless Collaboration, But Table Tools Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating system diagrams, workflows, and collaborative exercises during workshops. I appreciate that it solves the problem of versioning diagrams since everyone can always see the latest version and collaborate in real-time. I like that Miro is easy to use and has a lot of elements, shapes, and entities already defined, so I don't have to create them myself. It makes it quicker to create system diagrams since I don’t have to create entities from scratch. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table entities could be more flexible. They could be easier to create, for example, by being able to select the exact grid size upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves versioning issues, allowing everyone to see the latest diagrams and collaborate in real time. Creating system diagrams is quicker with pre-defined elements, and it's easy to use.
Effortless Usability Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Miro is to use and the ability to open the same board on both my laptop and phone. It allows me to keep all my to-do lists in one location regardless of which device I'm using. The initial setup was super easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use Miro to organize my many lists across devices, making it easy and convenient to keep everything in one location.
Essential Tool for UX/UI Designers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Miro interface because I am a UX/UI designer and the tool is very useful for the research phase of my projects. I also like how the templates help me save time on organization. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and I mainly use it to organize everything in one place and better understand all the information I receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the 'free' version was a bit less limiting. There are many paid tools nowadays and I can't access all of them. I would use it more if it had a bit fewer limits in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and understand all the information I receive from clients, allowing me to quickly align my vision with theirs. Additionally, the templates save me time in organizing.
Infinite Canvas and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the speed at which I can put a board together with Miro. It seems like they've thought hard about the UI, making it easier to move content around compared to PowerPoint. The interactivity is great, and the feature that allows infinite zoom in and out is fantastic. I can make the board as large as I need and keep adding content, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall whether Miro shows a map of the whole board. If not, that would be helpful to know where different parts are, especially when I'm zoomed in. Also, an indicator at the edges of the screen to show if there's additional content beyond the view, like an arrow, would be helpful. Sometimes, I can't find certain content someone is referring to, and they have to guide me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro streamlines our workflow, combining different processes on one board. It enhances collaboration with its infinite-sized board, allowing easy addition of PowerPoint slides, flowcharts, and sticky notes, which accelerates teamwork compared to PowerPoint and flowchart tools.
Excellent Collaboration Tool with Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to generate business flow diagrams and branching strategies. I appreciate the many options for customization and how easy it is to share with teams, especially sharing as an image. I like the team collaboration feature; I create many diagrams for my ongoing projects and share them with my team. Based on my input, they share their ideas, which makes the process seemless. I really love the easy sharing and working mode. Miro's pricing is also a good point; it's more accessible compared to competitors where features are behind paywalls. I have created boards for each project, and we share everything related to the project on the same board. I also like Miro's Progressive Web App; it saves a lot of space on my system and mobile while providing all the features I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro AI is not great compared to others. I tried many times creating diagrams with Miro AI and it is not accurate or even close to what I want. There is no tool to import and export data from Whimsical to Miro. Initially, it was a bit difficult to get used to since we were using a different tool before, but after a couple of days, we got used to it with the help of notes, walkthroughs, and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for customizable business flow diagrams and branching strategies. It offers easy sharing with teams, including as images, and seamless collaboration, which I love. Miro's Progressive Web App saves space on my devices while providing all needed features.

Collaborative Powerhouse Yet Jira Integrations Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming ideas, planning work, and designing systems. I really appreciate the collaborative nature, as work is shared across the team. Being able to centralize designs, thoughts, ideas, and workflows in a shareable format is ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen an example of a workflow integration between Miro and JIRA like I used to do with Figma, where we had a 'big picture' view and automated JIRA ticket creation with sticky notes. I think Miro could benefit from better demonstration of its capabilities for visualizing the bigger picture in project roadmaps and epics. There's a lot of opportunity to use Miro for this, but there's little demonstration currently, so teams aren't able to visualize the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize the 'bigger picture' in system design and planning, centralizing ideas and workflows for team sharing. Its collaborative nature is essential for teamwork, though better Jira integration demonstration would enhance its value.
Effortless Creativity with Stunning Aesthetics
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its aesthetics and how everything looks nice. It's really easy to create everything and make it look beautiful. This helps make my videos and drawings engaging, which is important for my content creation. The initial setup was super easy too, I just logged in and created my first board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, to be fair, it's pretty good. I would like to be able to press a button on my keyboard and it automatically draws. So, basically, I can just move my mouse without having to press down the mouse button. That'd be a cool feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro doesn't solve problems for me, but it provides an unlimited workspace for creating flowcharts and drawings to present my ideas beautifully. It's important for content creation, making everything engaging and visually appealing.
Effortless Collaboration with Unique Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro provides features that many other websites don't. The ease of copying and pasting pictures is something I appreciate as other webs don't allow that. The text option is another favorite of mine because on other webs you can't type as easily. Also, setting up Miro was very easy thanks to the instructions. Plus, I find Miro excellent overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
thickness going back to 1
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro because it allows me to copy-paste pictures easily compared to other platforms, and I can type, which isn't an option elsewhere. I find Miro excellent for my needs.
