Redefining strategic planning
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers unique capabilities for strategic brainstorming and planning, making it easy to communicate complex ideas, roadmaps, and timelines. It's fun and easy to work with, inspiring you for new advancements every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tends to get slow on occassion.
Also, there's no easy way to reach customer support via email (i.e. to send a screenshot of a bug, etc.)

Miro Product Review
What do you like best about the product?
All in one page. You can zoom in frame within frame which provides an in-depth view and at the same time an overview. Integration with Atlassian products particularly Jira. Easy login with SSO enabled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent inactivity time-out. Level of Zoom in in case multiple frame exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to do manage PI planning, Train Sync and Team Sync cadences. Environment Topology can be drawn using Miro.
Very intuitive and easy to use

Integrations with the database, to use models directly in my database

There should be a desktop app for the Linux environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in software development and use Miro a lot for diagramming my system and user journeys.

I love the collaborative nature of it and how its accessible to a lot of people; easy usage as well

Sometimes takes time to load; I use it in the creative industry so would really help if pasting Instagram accounts can preview their feeds, the same way YouTube shows a preview thumbnail you can play

We use miro to map out our PRDs, customer outreach automation plans, and journey mapping as if we were working on a whiteboard together in the office

What do you like best about the product?
I love how visual Miro is, and it is extremely easy to begin using it. It is also easy to implement within a team, with each board you create having easy-to-create invite links. There are a number of features on the platform, making it easy for diverse teams to use and customise to their needs.

The lack of desktop app is disappointing. I much prefer working in apps on a desktop rather than in a website.

Miro makes collaboration between teams easy, and super visual, which non-technical stakeholders in particular really appreciate.

Allows us to work efficiently and most importantly collaboratively.
Miro has basically everything I need!
What do you like best about the product?
The usage of shortcuts (e.g. V) is something I really like and makes it so easy to use.
Also the design and optical appearance is nicer than in other tools.
Never needed to use the customer support, since the online help is good.
The templates are a game changer.
Miro has SSO and thereofore I can use it without high hurdles and often.

It uses quite a lot of RAM and leads to a slower performance on my notebook sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming for Activity diagrams as well as agile methods like retros are my most often use cases.
Great workspace and canvas software
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started use Miro, we are easily creating the flows and process maps. Easy to use, adjust the canvas, we frequently use when we are not able to articulate ourselves with words, we explain on Miro canvas!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't say anything negative about Miro. Maybe in the future they consider to update software and integrate with CRM. I can imagine that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to explain processes with words, now we have canvas for all processes in Miro. SDR process, partnership, sales, product and more.
