Intuitive and Powerful Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Its rich features and flexibility allow us to express a wide range of ideas and concepts visually. I also appreciate its AI-friendly features, which are becoming increasingly helpful. Most importantly, Miro brilliantly replicates the experience of an in-person whiteboard session, making remote discussions and brainstorming feel natural and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's very little to dislike. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the ability to organize boards more systematically. While current organization options exist, I'd love to see more advanced features for managing a large number of boards, perhaps something akin to a folder/file tree structure for easier navigation and overview of complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro primarily solves the challenge of effective and dynamic visual collaboration, especially for teams working remotely or needing a shared digital space.
This is hugely beneficial because it makes it incredibly easy to brainstorm, create diagrams, map out processes, and share ideas visually in real-time. Previously, I used tools like draw.io for diagramming, which is good for more static charts. However, Miro excels in providing a more fluid, interactive, and versatile environment for collaborative visual work. The ease with which multiple users can contribute to and build upon ideas on a shared board is a significant improvement, making our discussions more engaging and productive.

My go-to tool for email marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Miro is to use. You can get started on your project right away and learn more about how to get more out of it along the way. It makes visualizing projects and processes easy and makes doing work a bit more fun. It's been great for sharing email campaigns so stakeholders can visualize the whole journey and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to duplicate a board without the comments duplicating with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing processes to see where there are inefficiencies

Digital Whiteboard with endless possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Since I started using Miro, it’s become a key part of my daily routine as an architect. What I love most is the freedom it gives you — it’s like having an infinite whiteboard where I can drop in anything from photos, gifs, and PDFs to renders and plans, and then sketch over them, jot down ideas, or make quick notes. It really lets me think out loud, experiment, and work in a much more visual way.
At the office, we use it for everything. We organize visual references, sketch our own ideas, mark up drawings and renders collaboratively, assign tasks, and keep track of project progress — all in one place, without having to jump between different platforms. Everything stays clear and accessible for the whole team.
The built-in tools are also incredibly useful, from sticky notes and arrows to frames and presentation mode, everything is designed to support collaboration. And the plugins are a real game changer., being able to integrate Figma, Notion, or Google Drive right inside the board saves us tons of time and keeps everything connected. We also use ready-made templates now and then, especially when we want to kick off a brainstorm or structure a meeting more efficiently. It has become a vital tool of our creative process as architects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements like lines and forms are a bit annoying to use, and i would like to have the possibility of selecting only the things that i want by clicking and dragging the mouse but it always selects a bunch of elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an online live platform to have an archive of our projects process.
Simple, intuitive and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which i can create a board, add content and share it with internal and external users. I use it a lot for whiteboarding, creating journeys and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times when I share the link with external users it asks them to create an account, and that can be a pain because I work with clients a lot and no one has the time or inclination to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big issue Miro helps with is the collaboration aspect - clients love it and are eager to participate in the sessions. Its transparent for everyone to see what's on the board, and I can shut down access when the work is done.
