Easy to use tool that keeps you coming back for more
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity. It is easy to capture ideas quickly and collaborate with others on those ideas. Also, their template are awesome. I am particularly fond of how the templates have smart functionality that understands the exercise your doing. No other whiteboarding product understands swimlanes and user story maps like Miro does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better organization features for their boards. They have a flat file organization structure which is fine until you have everyone in your team creating boards left and right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, my team is able to capture ideas quickly, and structure those ideas to help communicate them to a broader audience with all the right context.

Its very intuitive, also the pallet of options are very variable

we dont have to many options of export files

Brainstorms, and figure out the best way to resolve problems

I wish the free version allowed more dashboards and the ability to share them with people outside the organization.

Miro helps solve the challenge of remote and cross-functional collaboration. It makes it easier to align teams, visualize complex ideas, and co-create in real time.
Easy to follow flowchart design
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to create flowcharts, share with team members, and edit as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flowcharts to share with our development team for easy to follow implementation plans.
Agility and Practicality to accelerate the innovation of Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the ease of using the tools; it is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no AI that can organize and think together about ideas, giving opinions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate having a better idea of the product and facilitate the explanation for the customers.
Short Runway to Quick Return
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the easiest solution for creating process flows, matrixes, diagrams that go far beyond what PowerPoint or Google Slides can produce. I use it multiple times per week and found the initial onboarding seamless and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have one downside. I wish I could use it offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, it is speed to delivery.
Best Digital Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to collaborate in real time - integrate with Teams. I love how flexible the space is — you can map ideas, drop in sticky notes, or run workshops all in one place. I regularly use miro - I think it's the best digital whiteboard space out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets a bit laggy with big boards, and the templates can feel overwhelming at first. But once you get used to it, it’s a game changer

Miro helps me solve the problem of scattered teamwork and messy idea-sharing. Instead of switching between tools or waiting for meetings, I can bring everyone into one space to co-create, plan, or map things visually. It makes collaboration smoother, faster, and honestly more fun — especially when working remotely or with cross-functional teams

What do you like best about the product?
If you're looking to impress your manager or colleagues, this tool is a game-changer! It made planning and visualizing everything incredibly easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting as an excel sheet is not always accurate or smooth. But not a deal breaker.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Miro is how it turns brainstorming into a fun, visual experience. Whether it’s mapping out ideas or planning projects, it makes teamwork feel creative and easy, even when we’re all remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the canvas can get a bit overwhelming with too many sticky notes or shapes, and it can slow down on older devices. But a little cleanup goes a long way.

Miro is a great, easy-to-use collaborative platform that allows teams to build, develop, and innovate together. I like how it supports realtime collaboration, which makes it great for virtual brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro does have occasional bandwidth and stability issues, especially when supporting a lot of users at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team primarily uses Miro for brainstorming, collaborative diagramming and mapping, and visual strategizing. It's great to be able to collaborate both in realtime and asynchronously, and the tools are robust enough to support a variety of needs.
