Good and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
easy interface and plenty of options that are available for users especially customer support. the program helps in implementing ideas in a creative and easy way also helps with collective thinking and integration of different ideas. I use Miro all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
not particularly dislike, but I hope that there is a way to put Miro on desktops to share files locally instead of making it only online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro while designing in Architecture to refine ideas between me and my team.
Excellent collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool combines the benefits of many office projects into one collaborative tool that flows very well and easily adapts to form presentations or create workflows. I enjoy working together on a document using sticky notes so that we can share ideas without the issues of working in the same document that office products can have. We use this tool twice a week in a team project and it has been easy to use and implement to a new team without much formal training. There is a wealth of other app integrations that are easily used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had very few issues with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A large team of employees from many sites working on a project simultaneously.
Miro has changed the way I work and communicate with my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
"Miro has changed the way I work and communicate with my clients"
★★★★★
Since I started using Miro, I can't do without it anymore. It's much more than just an online whiteboard: it's a visual workspace where I can organize all my ideas, strategies, and projects in a clear and shareable way.
Working in the world of marketing and content, I needed a tool to explain my strategies to clients in a visual and engaging way, without having to create a thousand slides or scattered documents. With Miro, in just a few clicks, I create visual maps, editorial plans, customer journeys, and workflows that clients understand immediately. Even the more "non-technical" ones.
What I appreciate the most:
Real-time collaboration: I can invite clients or collaborators to my board and work together, even if we are miles apart. It's like being in the same room.
Simplified visual thinking: from initial ideas to the execution plan, everything takes shape naturally. Sticky notes, wireframes, Kanban boards... you have everything in one place.
Perfect for presentations: I also use Miro during calls to make presentations more dynamic and less "PowerPoint-like." It keeps attention high and makes everything more interactive.
Convenient integrations: it works great with Notion, Google Drive, Slack, and other tools I already use.
Visual work archive: every board stays there, updated and accessible at any time.
Ease of use: the implementation was very simple, the interface is intuitive, and you learn to use it in less than an hour.
Customer support: I contacted support once and they were quick, clear, and helpful. Great experience.
Frequency of use: I use it practically every day, for brainstorming, client presentations, or even just to organize ideas.
In summary:
Miro has become my creative and strategic headquarters, where every project takes shape in a collaborative, organized, and finally visual way.
If you work with ideas, teams, or clients, try it. It changes your work life.

What do you dislike about the product?
🔸 What would I improve in Miro?
I use Miro every day and find it an excellent tool, but if I can give a constructive suggestion: the limitation to only 3 boards in the free plan can be an obstacle, especially for those who are starting or really want to test the platform's potential.
I understand the logic of the freemium model, but offering even just 5 boards (instead of 3) would provide more room to organize different projects, without forcing the user to delete or merge content.
It would be a small change, but it would make the free experience smoother and more engaging, pushing more convincingly towards upgrading to the paid plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped me solve a fundamental problem: communicating complex ideas in a simple and visual way, both within the team and with clients. Before, I wasted time with slides, scattered documents, and ineffective explanations. Now I can organize strategies, workflows, and content in a single, shareable, and easily understandable space.
Moreover, it has greatly improved remote collaboration: we can work simultaneously on the same boards, without confusion and with full transparency. The result? Fewer meetings, more clarity, faster decision-making.
Miro has allowed me to bring structure, creativity, and interaction to all phases of my work, from ideation to the final presentation.

Flexible and powerful tool for real-time collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility and how easily it adapts to different types os projects and teams. The ability to fully customize boards and the wide variety of templates help us kick off any activity efficiently. Real-time collab is one of its strongest features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Miro offers many benefits, it can have a bit of a learning curve for new users who are not used to visual tools. Also, performance may slow down slightly whe many people are working on a complex board with a large number of elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping solve the challenge of aligning distributed teams around complex ideas and processes. It centralizes collaboration, allowing us to co-create visual assetes like customer journey maps, mind maps, and architecture diagrams in a single shared space.
Easy to use tool that keeps you coming back for more
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity. It is easy to capture ideas quickly and collaborate with others on those ideas. Also, their template are awesome. I am particularly fond of how the templates have smart functionality that understands the exercise your doing. No other whiteboarding product understands swimlanes and user story maps like Miro does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better organization features for their boards. They have a flat file organization structure which is fine until you have everyone in your team creating boards left and right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, my team is able to capture ideas quickly, and structure those ideas to help communicate them to a broader audience with all the right context.
