Versatile and Collaborative, But Setup Can Be Time-Consuming
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Miro is how many different things I can get on one singular board. Miro boards (for my team at least) are kind of a hodge-podge of random things but it all fits in together really well. I like that you can zoom in and scroll way out. It's easy to use and integrates all of the stuff my team wants to talk about into a singular "one-stop-shop."
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be time-consuming and difficult to set up boards. It's just highly manual and takes a lot of work and creativity to build. I have experimented with the templates but I didn't find they worked well for me, as my needs are often not fitting easily into one singular template or board. It is time consuming to build the "right" Miro board for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping my team connect (we have some remote and some in-person team members) in real time, AND also asynchronously. To us, Miro is like a virtual whiteboard, where we can collaborate with one-another. It also helps us quickly and visually map out ideas and concepts. It's easier to explain a Miro board to an internal customer that might not be as familar with product thinking because they can see exactly what we're talking about and ask us questions from there.
Easy Setup, Templates & AI Streamline Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love the process of setting up Miro as it is very easy and intuitive. The admin console is particularly clear, which greatly facilitates management tasks. I appreciate how Miro enhances my workflow by allowing me to build and share diagrams more swiftly. The availability of templates and Miro AI is invaluable as they help streamline my work by providing suggestions, saving me from starting from a blank slate. These features not only enhance my efficiency but also elevate the overall experience of using Miro.

Too many features, difficult to know where to start

Miro helps me build and share diagrams faster, utilizing templates and AI to streamline work by offering suggestions instead of starting from a blank slate.
Intuitive Diagramming, Stellar for Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly Miro is compared to other tools we've used. It stands out as the most friendly platform for my team. The setup process was exceptionally straightforward, which made getting started a breeze. I love how Miro allows me to create diagrams quickly, putting my ideas in order with great ease. This efficiency in diagramming is a major boost for my work. Additionally, the prospect of exploring Miro's AI prototyping functionality is exciting, as it could potentially offer fast, multi-channel prototyping, which would be a key factor for repurchasing. The platform's overall utility in facilitating diagramming and idea organization is substantial, and it's been an excellent tool for my team and me, making me highly likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to upload images using Miro. This process doesn't seem straightforward to me, and it might be due to a lack of understanding on my part.

I use Miro to quickly diagram and organize ideas, making team workshops and brainstorming more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is quick and simple to use, making it easy to collaborate with both internal and external teams.

I really wish it were easier to resize all elements so that everything would have a clean and consistent appearance.

This tool provides a straightforward way for us to create our process map, making it easy to highlight where any hiccups or hangups occur.

I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the powerful tools it offers. I also value the ability to share projects and ideas with my team.

The lack of an Italian language option can be an issue for some users.

Effortless to Use and Understand
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use and easy to digest when presenting.

Sometimes it can be quite hard to share individual boards with colleagues.

It's helping us to organise information on campaigns - making it easily digestable for other team members.

Nothing really, for my usage Miro is a great solution.

We mainly use Mira as whiteboard, so we can work together on ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for six years as a whiteboard to collaborate with my team efficiently. I love how Miro consistently stays two steps ahead when it comes to meeting our day-to-day needs, often anticipating improvements before I can even think of them. The software has become incredibly user-friendly over time, and onboarding new team members now feels natural with its intuitive interface. I find the smooth and intuitive interaction within the boards, both in finding previous boards and navigating through them, especially valuable. Miro helps me express my ideas quickly and share them with others, enabling us to align faster and reduce our time to market. The voting and diagramming features stand out due to their ease of use, and even presentations can now be created effortlessly within the platform. Additionally, integrating Miro with JIRA and Google Workspaces enhances my workflow by allowing me to organize and match ideas effectively, bringing boards and cards into one cohesive space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way spaces and tenants are mixed in the Miro dashboard. It could be organized in a simpler way to enhance usability. Currently, it's not visually intuitive to understand which tenant or space I'm in, making it challenging to switch when necessary.

Miro helps me express ideas quickly and collaboratively in one place, aligning my team faster and reducing our time to market.
Effortless Onboarding and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use and get people to join even without being signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing specific. I think it has just enough features.

Intuitive Collaboration, But Drawing Tools Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
This is currently the most well-known software for both online and offline collaboration. Its intuitive design and ease of use make it accessible, allowing even beginners to get started quickly and comfortably.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features, such as the arrows, aren't very well implemented—they tend to clip in awkward ways. I think it would be much better if the tool offered more flexibility with shapes, similar to what Illustrator provides.

The platform excels in organizing ideas, visualizing data, and facilitating the sharing of concepts. It provides a smooth experience for managing thoughts and presenting information in a clear, accessible way.
