A good tracking tool in an AI way
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration in Invoca with other platforms (Google Ads, etc.). The AI signal fields are also really cool
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Invoca could factor in the time-zone function to reflect the calling time at the local time zone instead of just the user time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good partner for healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has been a great partner to us with respect to call tracking, campaign, optimization, and customer experience. We've been able to glean insights that help us understand our audiences and where they're converting from. And our dedicated customer success manager has been invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is incredible, but very complex. That's why the dedicated customer success manager has been so integral to our adoption and use of the platform. They are always happy to explain, train, and even implement when that level of help is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to better understand where our desperate audiences were converting from. Invoca has simplified that process, and helped us to optimize campaigns to reach those audiences in the most effective manner possible.

Not all calls are recorded for the business

What I love the best is that you are able to pull calls so easily as well as see what keywords are best.

I think being able to label our campaigns a bit easier would help tremendously.

Wonderful Experience with Invoca!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about having Invoca as our inbound call tracking analytics platform is our customer success team that we have access to almost all day. Sam and her team are always there to assist us when we have any questions and they're always open to feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using Invoca for 2 months now so I haven't seen many downsides yet. The only thing I'd say that sticks out to me is the limited capabilities that the dashboard features consist of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca tracks, monitors, and analyzes all of our inbound calls in one place. It keeps things organized for our team and overall improves sales/customer experience for the company.

Invoca captures call outcomes not only for reporting purposes, but also allows you to optimize toward outcomes in various marketing channels.

Invoca is a little complex to set up. It took our team a while to figure out how to make it work best for our business needs.

Unique call tracking software
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca is a one-of-a-kind tool that has a very user-friendly interface, excels at call tracking, and provides comprehensive information on each call. It has excellent analytical capabilities, the data is not difficult to read, and it performs exceptionally well in managing our marketing and customer service operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nada has been practiced since its introduction, and our customers and we have taken full advantage of its capabilities and call statistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a handy tool, and we have been able to track calls and better meet the needs of both the company and our customers through its use. Because of its ease of use, getting used to the platform and learning how to get the most out of it didn't take long. It is even better than I imagined, as it has many capabilities and produces quality reports.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy and find most helpful with Invoca is that it allows us to view our inbound calls with its software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything unhelpful; if I ever did that, there would be a solution quickly because they are so efficient.

The business issue we had that Invoca solved for us was optimizing our paid search campaigns in google ads for our company.

What i find most helpful is that Invoca allows me to grade inbound and outbound calls with its help successfully. It allows me to provide the proper training to the team.

I don't believe I've run into any issues with invoca.

It is solving marketing issues with its tool that allows my team to be saying key words in the calls.
Very efficient and great for feedback

It helps make sure you are sticking to the talk track because of how it grades on specific phrases
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much honestly other than it doesnt grade spanish calls and we have quite a bit of spanish clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing people from only asking some questions instead of every single one as expected and preventing clients who dont qaulify for services from being transfered
