Critical to Call Tracking and Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has an easy-to-manage interface that makes tracking and reporting of calls a breeze. Through the various features offered in the interface we are able to derive valuable insights on call performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The various reporting features can be a bit clunky at times as some reports do not cross over necessary data. Occasional bugs in setting up new campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca allows us to closely monitor call performance from the various channels we use to drive traffic.
A Major Driver of Magnitude Digital's Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Clear, understandable levels of management and transparency for advertiser clients and publishers
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoca call treatments for IVR prompts are too robotic requiring us to obtain professional recordings elsewhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an impartial and turnkey solution to maintain lines of division between publishers and advertisers all the while providing a platform to each party that is sufficiently transparent with call insights yet still safe-guards sensitive information.
Invoca is a fantastic for call tracking and intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The insights that I am able to glean from using Invoca are invaluable. If that's not enough, Invoca makes tracking and measuring easy, setting me up for success in my marketing endeavors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't cheap... Who wouldn't want ot save some money and see lower pricing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca fulfills my call tracking needs very well as well as provide intelligence on consumer attitudes. It also helps me better direct my marketing dollars with their suite of features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone looking for a powerful tool for call tracking and analytics to consider Invoca.
Great tool. Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly and easy it is for us to set up campaigns and manage them in the workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had excellent results using Invoca and I don't have anything to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Invoca to quickly leverage our inbound call center team to deliver promotions. We have developed means of having voice-only offers for products that are best sold by our inbound team.
Invaluable Call Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has given us insights in the performance of our campaigns we didn't have before. It's easy to use and very intuitive. Their support team is excellent and provides quick feedback and one-touch solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could personalize the reports to display the data that's important for your campaign, and display the data in the graph of your choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to eliminate the disconnect between our ads and the calls we receive. Invoca allows us to attribute calls to our campaigns, giving us a better picture of our customer's touchpoint and the performances of our ads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an invaluable tool that will help you improve your campaigns and get a much better understanding of your marketing efforts.
Call tracking made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Call tracking through different channels (PPC, organic, direct, offline, email, DM); Down to keywords level for us to understand what keywords are bringing the phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike, but hopefully there could be a system where it connects the phone calls with the conversions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify the keywords and ad groups that generate phone calls. And connect some of the offline sales back to the online channel.
Early stage of adoption and integration
What do you like best about the product?
At too early of a stage of adoption at this point. Campaign attribution has always been top of mind for us, so we are most excited about this aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive to use and set up at this point. Haven't gathered enough data at current stage to answer this question well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign attribution on inbound calls. We are starting to gather data, but not much.
Great call tracking abilities.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to track hundreds of different campaigns back to single partners with no issues of data being incorrect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there is anything that is wrong with this system.

We are able to have insights into how call campaigns are performing.
Invoca - Quality Call Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The Invoca Call Tracking feature integrates to our Dynamics CRM/365 system so we can track where our incoming calls come from. This allows for advanced analytics and marketing capabilities. We have seen more quality data from the Invoca Call Tracking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no outbound call tracking solution with Invoca. It also seems a little more costly than their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound call tracking for marketing campaigns and analytics. This has resulted in more quality data for our company.
Invoca-Seamless Service and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca seamlessly integrated with our current CRM and now our organization has all the real-time call tracking analytics needed to optimize our sales and customer service. We have maintained an awesome rapport with our Customer Success Manager at Invoca and appreciate the level of support we have received in managing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well they say, " you get what you pay for" so I will not complain about price. With that said, there is nothing I can say about what I do not like about Invoca. Their support and sales staff are very friendly and quick to response on inquires. All of the bells and whistles are there so, you get out what you put in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Customer Support, Marketing and Sales team members are able to work hand-to-hand from the analytics generated from our various Invoca reports. The dashboards and the use of Signals are a plus as we seek creative ways to improve our customer engagement.
