Invoca is the next generation of call tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has cutting edge technology in the call tracking industry. Signal AI Technology has amazing capabilities to help us obtain the information we need to track our KPIs to calculate return on investment by channel per account. We also are able to help coach based on the models. The staff at Invoca has been really helpful to work with and they have always been open to learning about specific use cases to help strengthen the platform and model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoca has been a joy to work with! Some things that I think can be improved upon would be the accessibility we have to reporting through the dashboard and being able to have a live person call you instead of submitting support requests through a portal. Although they are timely in responding, some things have unnecessary back and forth that could be avoided to make things more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There has been a huge reduction in cost when we switched over to Invoca. We are able to get majority of our needs met at a fraction of the cost. With the technology they have in place for signals and AI, the opportunities are endless for saving us money and tracking our best return on investment when evaluating our marketing channels for our accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Porting numbers is time intensive so I would shy away from this if possible.

Reliable Results

What do you like best about the product?
The Adwords integration and Phrase Spotting feature that allows us to count leads in Adwords automatically and only if it actually became a lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no integration with Bing Ads and the Facebook Integration only indicates if a call took place (not something I care about as a lead gen marketer). Facebook integration, like Adwords, should include sending offline conversions if they qualify as determined by Phrase Spotting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adwords relies on a call duration to determine if it became a lead. Invoca removes the call duration assumption and allows us to only report actual call conversions into Adwords thanks to the Phrase Spotting feature.

Invoca Review - Optimizing Lead Generation

What do you like best about the product?
The AdWords conversion integration is a huge parts of helping me optimize paid search. AI signals are giving us insights in creating new conversion actions & creating a better user experience. Call listening has given us insight into customer's needs. Dashboard reporting has freed up our reporting workload and better communicate with our internal business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
no Bing Ads conversion integration currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of attribution issues are being solved. The Adwords integration is allowing us to track true call conversions to better optimize our paid search efforts. Call listening is helping us to better understand how our customers want to interact with us. The AI signals are helping us to focus our optimization efforts and create a better user experience with us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you sell products over the phone a call tracking partner is very important. Invoca has been able to help us optimize our paid digital marketing efforts immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Invoca functions as a central source of truth with respect to call tracking, analytics and commission earnings when structuring deals with pay-per-call partners. The ease of creating sophisticated payout criteria is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have more documentation and clarity around how to utilize "signals" in Invoca. I think the functionality is awesome, but the education component seems to be lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to provide affiliate partners with a reliable call tracking solution, which builds trust in Vivint's affiliate program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invoca has a feature-rich platform that has a variety of use cases. Whether you're looking to track calls driven by your in-house marketing campaigns or looking to partner with a third party publisher, their platform can accommodate your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration across all of our internal reporting systems has allowed for automated reporting and optimizations of our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all, nothing stands out as a negative.

What do you like best about the product?
There are not any pros when I think of this product compared to it's competitors. I researched a few other call tracking solutions and all were better and cheaper.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is overpriced and it takes 2.5 months to even get out of a "month to month" contract. Their competitors are 75-90% cheaper and offer more reporting, data, functionality. There are better models with better customer support out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to track calls that came from paid search, but there are many other alternatives to this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly invoca in in comparison to our old software. It's very easy to navigate and set up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way when creating ring pools that you can switch between local and Toll Free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems that we are solving with invoca are how to track calls with call extensions from adwords and to better understand where are calls are coming from.

What do you like best about the product?
An overall improvement on Marchex in terms of options and UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to rename parameters makes for slight confusion in reporting and more manual editing in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking and call info. similar to our past provider marchex, but more info is available with Invoca.

Let us rename parameters for ease of reporting

Great platform for tracking Marketing Generated Revenue from Phone calls

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tie phone calls generated to actual marketing revenue in Salesforce
Interface is easy to use and self-manage
Analytics easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Since every phone call creates a lead in Salesforce, there are many 'leads' created that are not valid leads that are not revenue-generating. There is no way to filter this function in Invoca and has to be done after the fact in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to monetize revenue generated from website phone calls

What do you like best about the product?
Omni-Channel Marketing Reports have made my life so much easier! Prior to this feature, we were stuck in siloed data-land and under-reporting valuable insights to our clients. Our clients feel better with their DT investment and in us as their account managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation lists are overwhelming - would be nice to redesign with the most-used / most recommended navigation drop downs ex. Analytics tab vs Insights tab could potentially be combined?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving the value of calls as conversions in paid search and optimizing ad copy as it pertains to call quality, In one case, we actually found their Brand PPC call extension was bringing in 90% of career-seekers, which they did not want from paid search. In removing their call extension, we were able to successfully reduce job-seekers by 85% and transition those to SEO efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to close the gap in your data for all sources, try DialogTech - not only will you learn how to communicate more effectively with your sales teams, you will understand what you can be doing to optimize on the front-end (ex. messaging, retargeting, dayparting etc). Be sure to upgrade to the Omni-Channel Marketing Reports if you want all of your data in one place (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing, FB, DoubleClick, Kenshoo, Marin, Hubspot, Cake, etc)
