Great service and support

What do you like best about the product?
The service is very useful for our business and whenever there was an issue the support team was quick and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can complain about as any issue I had with the service it was always quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DialogTech has been absolutely helpful with our business being able to contact our clients more efficiently and dealing with our collections process in a much more seamless way.

What do you like best about the product?
DialogTech works well with our software and very rarely has interruptions in service. Our account manager, Mitchell Avery, is incredibly helpful -- he and his team have always been super responsive to the rare issues we do have when they occur. There was even a time where we had a major issue with our entire phone system not working. Of course we blamed DialogTech at first but the issue ended up being AT&T. Mitch's team helped us quickly identify the problem and educated us on what the issue actually was and how it was affecting our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, the software doesn't "wow" me but it does it's job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our only phone service, so we rely on it heavily for revenue growth.

A Great Phone Tracking Tool For Businesses Large and Small

What do you like best about the product?
- Very cost effective platform
- Attentive and knowledgeable support and sales staff (shout to Mitchell Avery here!)
- SourceTrak feature is a nice bonus to have - for businesses that love data
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not much to dislike about the service, but if I were to choose anything I may say that the user interface is not yet up-to-date with modern standards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone call routing, tracking, analytics. Benefits have been that we've been achieving our goals on a cost effective basis.

Use the customer support!

What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness from our account rep, Marissa Murphy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing calls to the correct location based on zip code. Call transfers have improved dramatically since Marissa helped us find the right solution.

Everything we were looking for with great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple phone numbers that can be tracked, recorded and will let us know before answering where a call is coming from so we can answer accordingly. We imagined the set up would be complicated but their customer service team (and Devin Foreman) made it simple and were easy to reach any time of the day with questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, the product has been everything we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use a different phone number for each ad source so we can know where our business is coming from without having to rely on the customers to tell us where they found us. We were also able to transfer vanity numbers we've purchase to our DT account and have them all combined on one platform.

Achieving accurate conversion tracking, which is crucial. Call recordings are also useful for sales training and lead scoring.

What do you like best about the product?
If you want to get serious about determining your actual Return On Advertising Spend, this company will help you do it. Our phone set-up is rock-solid and the call tracking reports are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This field requires 40 characters but I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pay-per-click attribution was pathetic until we hooked up with a wonderful support rep and an account rep who found out what we needed and wanted and worked with us until the set-up worked flawlessly. We recently began doing email marketing and our Dialogtech account manager was extremely helpful in ensuring that our call attribution was set up properly both for prospects calling direct from the email or visiting the site and then calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other call tracking companies for other clients. Dialogtech is by far the best I have experienced.

What do you like best about the product?
We love that the Invoca team is ever accessible and always focused on helping us grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the technology has been great but certain features are needed that would help limit the chance of calls dropping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to call tracking technology launched a whole new sector of our business three years ago that has come to account for a majority of our time and bring in significant revenue. With Invoca the benefits are syndication for relaxed minute costs by working with their extensive customer base, and the team who works really closely with us to help us grow our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has a very neat and slick design which helps you dig into the most important information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main compliant is can be complicated and hard to learn at first. If would be very helpful if they create walk through videos for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to track our cost per call affiliates. It is very beneficial in providing us quick real time data to analyze and make decisions on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must have product if you are running any type of call based affiliate programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the fact that it is the industry standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoca is expensive. And while it is very easy to use, its expense has led to experimentation with other systems that may be significantly less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking and attribution.

Great for those starting out with Pay Per Call programs.
