Forward thinking dynamic call tracking platform - Invoca is the future
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca's platform is easy to use and has a very friendly UI design. With a variety of integrations and reporting options, the platform is easily customization to meet any business need, particularly any business driven by performance marketing. The company is always on the cutting-edge of new technological developments, and their Signal AI technology is a true game changer. The team itself is very driven by providing value to their clients, and everyone has been a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the lack of global capabilities, as Invoca is only in select countries outside of the United States. I believe the Reporting sections could be improved through added call flow visualizations as well. There are also currently limitations of the platform for cross-domain tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign attribution bridging the online to offline gap, granular campaign optimization and reporting, and soon-to-be: building custom re-marketing and look-a-like audiences off of specified call outcomes/signals; Utilizing Invoca's enhanced IVR routing to drive more qualified leads to the call center.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a list of goals/problems to solve and develop a roadmap of how you can use Invoca to solve these problems or meet certain goals. Take small steps to get there and ensure you are utilizing your existing technology and integrations through Invoca before implementing any new, advanced technology; Be aware of the lack of global capabilities of the platform if looking to expand outside of the United States.

Amazing call tracking platform
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE having real time data! Implementation was a breeze. The Invoca staff is incredibly supportive and always willing to find solutions to our unique business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Invoca.

Campaign reporting, optimization, and ROI
Advanced Call Tracking and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have very easy access to all of our data, I also appreciate that Invoca integrates with all of our other platforms to help close the attribution loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process has been very long, as we have needed to customize a lot of the back end settings to make it work for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater transparency into where calls come from and what happens on the calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's the best call tracking software currently on the market, it's a big under taking to implement but is worth it in the end.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to listen to calls and having our AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could tell if our agent answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance, we have a signal set to make sure the agent is asking the caller for compliance. This is great to make sure we will be fully compliant in 2020.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Invoca is their ability to provide data and answers that most other platforms could never provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal UI is powerful, but can be clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca provides the data needed to properly filter customers through their journey - helping the customer have a better experience while providing us with solutions to maximize their potential.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Invoca, is the people who work for Invoca!! Awesome, dedicated, passionate and incredibly smart!
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoca is growing quickly, so sometimes it is a little slow to get the help you need, as fast as you would like it. But having said that, the UI is very user friendly, so issues are rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with many sources and brands, we greatly appreciate the ability to quickly and efficiently set up test campaigns. Once set up, we are able to track which campaigns are the best performers and which are under performing, allowing us to determine which sources warrant a greater percentage of our marketing spend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The people at Invoca are amazing, they are so passionate about their tech! We did a lot of research into the available options before selecting Invoca and after 3 years, we are still VERY happy with that decision!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to optimize towards all performance not just what is happening on our website. Instead of counting all calls as leads we can see which campaigns/keywords are driving success.

The ability to have our brand clients provide Invoca's call tracking numbers through our Distributed Marketing Platform so small businesses can insert the tracking numbers in real-time while generating their marketing campaigns.

Nothing - It has all been great!. I have enjoyed everything that has been scheduled and offered to us.
