What do you like best about the product?
how it interfaces with our CRM and is super easy to use

Occasional need to refresh screen in order for status panels to show accurate status

The need to have easily accessible call records that are also interfaced with our CRM and are associated with the associated customer order entries

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service team is quick and always follows through with their requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of their ivr menu. Its hard to navigate and not intuitive

benefits the quick service of their team and their followup. Problems are the quality of the connections or issues with their numbers at times.

What do you like best about the product?
DialogTech always provides timely and useful customer service. They're very quick to respond and assist with any issues, from campaign creation to more advanced technical questions. They have also provided customizations that make our partnership feel more individualized and personal.

Additionally, Enova has always had a great relationship with our account managers. They have always provided best-in-class support and turned around more difficult, account-level questions quickly. Some specific add-ons like IVR recordings have seen the same urgency and efficiency - that, of course, has been extremely appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can bring to the table is that the UI is sometimes a bit confusing for a new user. The menu structure and report naming is similar and can be easily confused.

Specifically, the distinctions within Leadflows (sets, campaigns, offers, and affiliates) becomes a bit unclear when creating complex setups.

On the reporting front, it's not overly clear from the outset what the distinction between summary and performance reports would be. New users often click through both to look for the specific pieces of reporting that they are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DialogTech has provided a great solution for pay-per-call affiliate campaigns. With this setup, we've been able to ease the strain on our internal analytics teams and rely solely on DialogTech's reporting tools. Without our partnership, we would be building out individual reports for each partner, but with DialogTech we can see all of these insights in the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of DialogTech's phenomenal support team. They are willing to help you create the program you want and need and will go out of their way to give you custom features and tools that help drive your business forward.

What do you like best about the product?
DialogTech strives to have top-notch technology to provide to its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see DialogTech improve on is the postal code routing for a Canadian IVR routing option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DialogTech helps us with many avenues. Our IVR phone routing system, our tracking of leads sources, and recording of calls for training and coaching purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer service + support. They are always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect of the system. It can be a bit confusing and I don't think it offers that many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have solved has to do with the analytics of the numbers we have setup in dialogtech.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support and availability from the whole team. And Global Capabilities too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the only thing would be not being able to provide service into some Asian countries. Maybe that can change in the near future?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the visibility gap of our Demand Generation Programs via Phone Calls. This is a very important part of our Marketing activities and visibility to Phone Calls are paramount to us.

What do you like best about the product?
There has never been a time when I didn't get quick and professional help with technical issues and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I can think of anything we dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly call routing help through the virtual receptionist. The benefits we've realized is how we can customize the call routing to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
DialogTech's features are highly useful and they're reliable. The tracking is absolutely excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
the system is complex because of all the functionality it offers. Great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We route and track calls for 10 different types of companies. We don't miss any contacts and the system allows us to be 100% certain of any communication attempts from anyone. It easily allows us to follow up with those people and track all of their communications throughout their entire customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to track campaigns directly to dedicated phone numbers. Tech support is very helpful whenever I have any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always super intuitive but tech support is a great resource when i can't figure it out on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track what outreach programs are most successful based on call volume. And the ability to get local numbers is also very helpful.
