What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop shop for tracking where my calls are coming from, call listening, customer insights, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports don't save in same area all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier for me now to relay real time results from my marketing campaigns vs. having to wait months like before Invoca.

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca is user-friendly, easy to use, and provides great service. We use Invoca to track calls and leverage call analytics to modify marketing projects, optimize our paid media spend and monitor our sales force performance. The AI features they have created are game changing for our analysts. The insights we are gathering are changing the way we do business and streamlining our marketing initiatives like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I waiting for enhancments to the SalesForce API, some of this is out of Invoca's control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem we are solving the fall out issue of our leads when it comes to sales reps. We have also identified numerous techniques to change on our site to get the customer service calls down and the sales up. We also are using Invoca to optimize our ad spend and campaign conent.

Being able to identify what calls are about and drive our digital tactics to bring more or less of that type of call

I wish that you didn’t need to download an excel document to add the website routing info. Which I could just enter it in the system

What do you like best about the product?
Reports and data export that are easy to access and use. I like the dashboard, too. Campaigns are simple to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without using Signals technology, it is difficult diagnosing low duration phone calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track call volume from Marketing campaigns to gauge the effectiveness of our free and paid efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything for our call centers can be stored in one software database. The ability to track all calls, paid and unpaid, as well as create specific reports for each campaign or customer if desires, is extremely helpful. I feel like you can personalize a lot of the tools that Invoca provides in order to make the software exactly what you need it to be, in terms of call-tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little thing, but I think that it would be really helpful to be able to separate out performance based on day, rather than having to see the breakdown in the charts and not in text. For example, if I put a date range of 10/5-10/12 in the Reports - Campaigns section, it shows the number of calls across those 8 days. However, I wish I could see a daily breakdown of the number of leads per day, without having to look up each day's stats individually, in order to see what days perform better than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having two separate call centers, we have data coming in from both call center GMs daily. However, Invoca has made it so that we can track each call center and their campaigns side by side, and it just makes data analysis so much easier all around.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to attribute calls to media budget. it is good to see how and where the calls are coming from and if and where the calls originate.Also the connection to marketing related platforms for optimizations are great
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of use with static phone numbers. we have some vanity numbers that would be good to track. I know there are limitations ask to what phone numbers or what type of phone numbers you can tract in order to give you certain marketing insights. Some if the white page personal pi data isn't always available for use. The reason why this can be problematic is if we are utilzing white page data as a signal and the signal doesn't fire enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
attributing conversions to marketing budgets. We all know that calls drive conversions but prior to invoca, it was really hard to tell where the calls were coming from. Now we can look at individual calls and advise what marketing tactic drove the call, what landing page the called from, and what was the outcome of that call. We are also trying to tie bac kattributed calls to booked conversions. The biggest issue here is the time needed per Business Line for the user to convert. Since it happens at different times for the products, the tracking does vary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure the compatibility and possible saleforces usages. Most roadblocks come into play if and when we want to intergrate with salesforce. the overall integration is fine, but we have to ensure the systems can interact in a useful way. For example, we have a vendor that changes the dispositions of our salesforce calls... That vendor changes how Invoca data is used so we have to be mindful to ensure the data is valid. Also consider that you have great sample sizes of audiences. When pushing to other marketing platforms, you want to ensure that if you create any signals, that the signals are big enough so you can execute them from a marketing standpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the impressions about the functionalities of the software, for which this system draws my attention, is that the platform never falls, which is very reliable when we are going to carry out work related to digital marketing estimates , which is exercised in a particular organization, being a quite useful and controversial service in large amounts of work, without excluding that the data it provides about the operations carried out in this program are consistent and correct, in the sense that it is feasible at the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would not hurt, a good complete update in the software user interface, since in most of its aspects, they convey an unhappy and nefarious feeling, it maintains a very poorly designed appearance, with incoherent and blurred dynamic illustrations, the which is a problem of great magnitude that needs a modernization in these main areas of the system, immediately, highlighting that there is little relevant information on the subject of service functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally we use Dialog Tech to track and manage all our marketing campaigns with each group of the products that we acquire, and thus promote a more constructive and efficient line, in the growth of the business establishment infrastructure, which is in the disposition from us, based on the income and data acquired by this system, mentioning that in the same way its services are totally reliable to record and promote histories of the voice calls executed that are prepared daily, for an optimal and guaranteed service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a suitable software for companies that are dedicated to exercising their marketing through telephone lines, since they can offer their products directly by voice calls, and thus make most of the purchases of the products they acquire, being a Quite intuitive system for the most part, which turns out to be a very wonderful service for these organizations based on electronic commerce, underlining that from this common but highly useful method, you will be able to increase your economic operations significantly.
