What do you like best about the product?
The data real-time availability for immediate filter and analysis. Account support is amazing and a wealth of knowledge and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit harder for us to tie caller to orders. Not necessarily just an Invoca issue, its also the system architecture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking numerous TFNs and tying calls to orders to estimate conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Implementation and easy to navigate the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
session_id is not a built in parameter for the GA4 connection to attribute to Session Channel Attribution Reports in GA4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I came as a consultant, but this has benefited the client in tracking calls on their website, and being able to attribute those to a specific channel/campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
The switch to Invoca has been great for our team! We have access to so much more data than we ever did and has made a great difference in our marketing efforts. From the sales team, to onboarding, to our current CSM everyone is extremely helpful and has been fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change in any software that you use daily can be tough, so figuring out the product and how to maximize the tools available to us was a little overwhelming in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use dynamic tracking on our sites and landing pages has been beneficial. We can track a customer's search journey along with the conversion!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting and the transcripts. The interface is easy to use and find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would try to make it more intuitive on how to make changes to tags and understand what pages are tagged etc. Transcripts could be easier to navigate as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, invoca has allowed for deeper marketing reporting which has helped show incremental performance through marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I like their customer support the best! They are always quick to respond to our questions and our Customer Success Managers have been very friendly and helpful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment! They are the best call tracking platform that we've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is helping us solve how we are properly tracking phone numbers for lead attribution with Clients. It's beneficial because it provides more accurate data that we can share with our Clients.

Great Option for Detailed Call Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Invoca for a while now for my client. They have a very knowledgable team and are very timely with their support. The platform itself is easy to navigate, and the reporting can be as detailed as you want. They work well with other vendors and ensure that implementation is easy. I use the platform a few times a week to review calls. I would highly recommend this platform to marketers, agencies, businesses, and anyone who wants to be able to track multiple channels and implement sophisticated phone call tracking, whether for paid, organic, social, or traditional advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no encountered any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Invoca we are able to track phone calls and see exactly where the calls are coming from (paid, organic, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
While platform is very user friendly, the customer service from Danielle has been a 10/10 since day 1.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most companies seem to work more with CallRail and are unfamiliar with the Invoca product which can lead to slower learning curves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is helping me establish attribution utilzing marketing data captured in addition to better understanding call quality in efforts to optimize performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights recieved from using the product, but the team is absolutely phenomenal. So easy to use, so easy to implement. I use this product every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, loved everything about getting to work with them. The team was so great, and easy to work with through our integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to solve our quality of phone calls, as well as judge the validity of our Marketing efforts.

Overall Great Call Tracking Tool With Supportive Reps

What do you like best about the product?
The Invoca platform is simple enough to use - the learning curve is minimal, and we were able to get up-and-running very quickly. The account team is fantastic and responds to emails in a timely fashion. The integrations between Invoca and Google Ads + SA360 work well and are especially useful for reporting and campaign optimizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools can be a bit clunky. We have not found a way to have collaborative custom reports in-platform, as each one can only be viewed by the individual owner and can be only shared out (not editable). Also, you have to wait for an email link to download any reports/data rather than it going straight to your computer's files. Deeper integration with Microsoft Search Ads would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca helps us attribute calls & other down funnel metrics to our media campaigns - this allows us to give our client a more holistic view of account performance and how their ad dollars are being utilized.

Would be better if I can get an API calls.
