What do you like best about the product?
We use invoca to track where prospects and customers are finding us and where they click on a phone number from
What do you dislike about the product?
very manual process and we've had some issues with spam calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca allows us to have more insights into how print assets are performing as well as which pages on our website are generating the most calls
Love the ability to track leads, see the outcomes, and coach the team.
What do you like best about the product?
Recordings of the phone calls, different reports where you can see the leads that you convert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything noticeable that I would say I dislike the platform, it works well for what I need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching my team on phones, tracking my marketing dollars
Invoca helps me easily track actual conversions and tie them back to specific initiatives
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca's call listening AI makes me more confident in our conversions and the easy integration to marketing platforms makes attributing conversions to specific tactics painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features could be a little more intuitive. The account I work in has two profiles and sometimes it is difficult to decipher what call data is coming from which profile. The filtering tool is also a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is helping me be more confident that I am optimizing towards actual conversions that will more likely lead to sales down the line, rather than phone calls that are a dead end.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very powerful, reliable platform that we rely on daily to route customer calls to our business. The Invoca team, and especially Suzanne Newhouse our Customer Success Executive, is highly supportive and informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can only "pause" campaigns that you no longer use. You can't delete them. It's a bit "untidy".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is enabling our business locations to easily connect with customers and prospects and it provides us with valuable metrics we track.
Great Inbound Grading process for the most part on our end !
What do you like best about the product?
How much information it shows off the call as well as how it transcribes all the calls and how you can fast forward and click in one area of what they were saying
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to find a call with not being able to search by phone number but other than that great system.. it could use a search area to make it quicker to find a call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inbound grading system and it helps by having red flags on things our reps shouldnt say and having key words in the system helps make sure they are doing what they need on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca helps me as a Quality Assurance Specialist to help improve my rep's performances. I am able to adjust signals to be able to view different things that are commonly being heard on calls and I am also able to use the scoring for incentives. This also helps that the reps are more trusting of the scores that Invoca produces. It is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, there isn't much to dislike. The features we are wanting to add into are already in the works of being added. We are going to be able to grade Spanish calls as well as our Outbound dials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca helps us with sales and missed opportunities as well as keeping consistency on how we are handling our call performance. Soon we will have Spanish and outbounds added to our scorecards and this helps keep all call data in an easier accessible way.

The ability to monitor inbound calls and optimize towards them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to export data into Google Sheets.

We've been able to build custom audience lists with the signals we've created.

Great team, easy to work with, and the technology is amazing!

The system doesn't catch certain words which can be a hassle

How quick it is to review scores than to manually do it yourself , it saves so much time.

What I like best about Invoca is the how I can filter calls by certain signals.

I dont necessarily dislike anything in Invoca, there's still a lot of work to do.

Make sure you walk through Invoca with someone who knows how to use it, it can be confusing at times
