What do you like best about the product?
Love that you can build audiences in a variety of different ways. Makes the approach flexible, and understanding my audience demographics and influences are easy to learn and explain to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility when it comes to reporting/sharing/exporting. Sometimes I just need something short and sweet but the tool limits you in that capacity. Can usually only share a complex link or a HUGE report. Even the distilled version is 20 pages long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better clarity into my target audiences. Makes it easier to craft strategies and relevant content for my audiences. The ROI is time saved, and a more tailored PR/marketing approach.

Sometimes segments only differ by location but are predominately hold similar interests, affinities, consumption behaviours etc.

Understanding which influencers and companies to partner with so to reach our intended audience

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of info, specifically the segmentation feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the Personality tab very much as I find it hard to get useful insights from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a social media org so it enables us to add the 'WHO' to the WHAT/WHERE/WHEN.

What do you like best about the product?
The functions and features to know the prospects and / or future customers is robust and easy to understand. The reports are generated efficiently and the data gives us the possibility to know and therefore prospect followers, who many times are prospects and end up being potential customers. The user interface is great, totally intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a somewhat complete platform however I find fault with the export functionality and adding better tagging options. I know that the audiense team will consider it since they are attentive to continuous improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating efficient strategies to reach the audience through the various social media channels has been easier since we adopted this tool in the marketing area of the company. And although it was an employee's initiative and we use the free version, we are waiting for the end of this year since the manager is considering purchasing the paid version. What would be to have the tool in its full extent and enjoy all its benefits that I am sure there are many.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Flexible analysis and reporting, which allows us to surface the most important insights. Audiense regularly add new features to the platform, which keeps the tool relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. We would like to be able to merge audience segments, which isn't currently possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to understand audiences and key segments within them, which improves our recommendations to clients

What do you like best about the product?
I think the insights that you can get from Audiense insights are amazing: The personality tab, the socioeconomics and the intergration with trac is really useful for a lot of the marketing teams I work with. A lot of my charity/ngo clients also comment on using the influencers tab a lot for identifying people they would like to affiliate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help docs can be a little confusing, and I have found a couple that seem like they contradict each other (might just be me not getting it). For example I still can't figure out why the socioeconomics are sometimes the same across all of the baselines, and this article

doesn't give much info. It can sometimes cause issues when clients question excessively about how things are calculated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my clients use it to understand who is engaging with their campaigns but there's increased interest in using connect with their twitter ads.

What do you like best about the product?
The report generates fairly quickly & media/influencer affinities is useful to understand an audience better. I also appreciate the benchmarking provided in certain sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segments are not very useful, the naming is always way off and it's hard to really get a deeper look into each one to determine their uniqueness. There's also an abundance of data points, some of which are very random & often misleading (i.e., desktop usage & city). Also, I wish there was more ability to track custom hashtags & conversation topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacement for Affinio & to better understand an artist's or track's social audience to determine targeting & placement strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a decent option

What do you like best about the product?
I find it a very interesting tool to get potential from Twitter and see which segments are really interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is often inferred from those accounts that are open, so it may not be representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtain the different segments we can target. Apart from getting the interest rates I can get.

Amazing and easy platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track my followers and engagement, and it provides me with more knowledge of my account. With it, I know who follows me back, where my audience come from and even their languages. It has become my daily source of tracking the account I spent every day on. Very good platform. Really. I recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service. Fan accounts like me will love this platform a lot and professional accounts can really make more money using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there are some limited resources on the free version and I can't afford the full version. But I'm sure that if I could afford it, there wouldn't have a negative point on Audiense for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know I know the best time to post and who likes my content. This way I can get more likes and increase my audience. By increasing my audience, I can reach more and more people. Running a fan account is not easy but my life has changed since I found Audiense.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform. It is easy to learn, easy to manage, and you can know everything about your account. Since teh day I found it I felt that was the right platform to stay everyday.
