What do you like best about the product?
Very quickly you can get thorough insights into a consumer segment. I particularly like using the unique filter which lets you really pull apart what makes one audience distinctive from another. Personality insights are great for creative thinking too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The demographic insight can feel a little shaky at times and it can be tricky trying to recreate precise segments. I would say the tool is best approached as an analysis of online followers, which makes it excellent for categories like entertainment, sport and music

Quickly understanding an audience including their interests, influencers followed and media brands is a question I often get asked. Audiense allows me to quickly find tangible and inspiring insights for clients.
Detailed insights and wonderful customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Audiense has an extremely helpful team that helped us understand its a million and one features. The ready-made reports also made things simple for gathering insights on who was part of our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is less about Audiense as a platform, but more about how it requires a lot of time and dedicated human resources to be able to take advantage of all the features of Audiense. It helps that the Audiense team is always there to support and quickly responds to any questions.

Everything. customer service, onboarding. I have been using it for several years.Latest iterations are excellent.
I use the audience segmentation tool as well as followers comparison and insights on data collected. Ads packaging also let users
target across platforms as swell as look alikes.
The audiense algorithm is very good in organising followers by groups including age, region, mobile device etc.

Audiense helps us understand our existing followers and search for future ones. We benefit from content creation, insights and intelligence data to help
us better put forward campaigns with impact. The sentiment is one of the big things it is helping us get an understanding of the mood of our followers.

which are the mutual ones and not mutual ones allow you to target potential new audiences with similar interests.

Firstly, the speed at which we can break down an audience into clusters or segments based on their shared affinities or common connections.
Secondly, the richness of the profiling we can then undertake in Audiense's platform to understand these groups.

What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the platform (like many other social analytics tools to be fair) being largely driven by Twitter's social graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating audience empathy within the business by uncovering a deep understanding of their interests and affinities.

Powerful insights for entertainment industry audiences
What do you like best about the product?
Helps identify potential audiences for TV and film clients, gives incredibly actional creative considerations for those audiences, great for identifying comp titles to paint a clearer picture of our target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adjusting to a new format and platform after so many years of using another vendor can be challenging, some features that are in beta will be fantastic once they're finalized but are a bit clunky still in beta.

Awesome for pitch work -- showing that we understand target and opportunity audiences. Also really helpful for briefing creative teams -- the creative considerations based on personalities and interests has been a game changer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Audiense is a easy -to-use tool, jam-packed with insights nuggets about any given audiences. I love the flexibility given by the various entry-points into the data. I love the benchmark functionality as well as all the filters which enable us to contextualise our findings as well as always focus on what would have the highest impact.

Slightly confused by the 2 segmentation types of Affinity or Interconnectivity

Audiense helps us develop much more tailored and data-driven media plans. We also use the tool occasionally to identify opinion leaders as well as influencers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to identify small niche, or get a better broader understanding on audiences, Audiense is must-have. I have been an avid user for more than 5 years and I recommend it to anyone working in marketing, advertising and PR
