Audiense is an effective and informative marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Audiense has allowed us to create customer segments based on people who have been engaging with our brand online. Our prior segmentation used exclusively product sales data, so Audiense has allowed us to extend into those who have engaged with our brand but not purchased - a useful potential customer group for us to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Audiense platform can be a bit difficult to use sometimes. The process of creating audiences for DSP targeting can take some time as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously did not full understand the behaviours of users who engage in conversation relevant to our brand online, as well as their media behaviours (e.g. TV shows, movies, podcasts they enjoy). Through using Audiense, we've been able to understand this information as well as the biggest influencers in their segments. This has allowed us to define clear customer segments to build our marketing plan.

The fact that the data is really fast to collect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is perfect to match with social listening tools, it was harder to understand communities spotted with another methodology.

Understanding best who are people that have an interest on a topic.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides really great insights into your chosen audience(s). Rather than making assumptions, you can let the data guide your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times your audience size can be limited if it isn't a highly active group that is on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems that it solves is being able to create data-backed personas for the brands we represent. We're able to tap into personality traits via IBM Watson, understand media affinities, review purchase behaviors, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this tool provides genuine insights into actual behaviors, rather than just relying on what people claim they do. This novel approach offers a valuable complement to conventional market research, delivering invaluable data effortlessly. It's user-friendly, visually appealing, and immensely effective for enriching our strategies with authentic data intelligence.

It gives us real-team insights about our clients target groups without investing time & money in traditional market research. Thanks to the collected data we are able to refine our overall strategies from content to advertising plan.
The most complete social intelligence tool set I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and complete intelligence social information about X, Meta. Daily reports, excellent customer support and very intuitive.

Integration could be better among the modules.

Getting to know in depth your social audience is key to determine the right social strategies: the social channels to use, the audience to create community and engage with, the social narrative,etc

What do you like best about the product?
Audiense tells to marketers what people actually does on social network: it translate data in actionable insight

it's not allowed to change the audience after a report is launched

Audiense is very actionable and it allows you to acutally understand your audiense (not just via survey) and to improve media campaign
A perfect solution for those who wants to deep dive into Twitter big data
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I've only seen only Audiense who can 1. see the overlap of followers within 3 selected Twitter accounts. 2. Identify group of people on Twitter who are a. following account A while b. not following account B.
This is super powerful when I want to ultra target for specific group of people.
The support team is very quick in coming back to my requests/questions too.

The interface is only in English, which is okay for me, but wish there is option for Japanese-only speakers too :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Audiense is solving for me is identifying where my real targets are. It benefits me because I get to see which Anime IPs are popular among other Anime IPs. (For example, how many % of the total followers of@Eiichiro_Staff follows @NARUTO_kousiki)
My Go To Audience Development Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Audiense is the first platform I look to whenever I'm working on an audience development project. The segmentation, comparisons, and global landscape make it perfect for projects, big or small. With my work focused primarily in the music industry, I'm able to easily find the artists I'm working with or comparable artists to start any project. The deep breakdowns across all the different forms of media, user preferences, demographics and more is the most robust offering I've seen and with the newest acquisitions expanding across additional social media sites, it really is an uncomparable project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lack of historical change functionality which makes it hard to compare over time.

It allows an aggregation across multiple social media sites and creates robust segmentation of my audiences.

Audiense is fully integrated to our process .
We found that audience intelligence is a crucial piece to get an accurate understanding of customers behaviors , and we fully integrate those data to our process with other data sets ( such as search , social listenig , surveys , etc...)
